This stunningly modern duplex apartment with a rooftop jacuzzi in shape of a cruise liner which has won awards from Homes International and British Airways for architecture is located within the Vale Do Lobo family resort complex.This is the apartment where Wayne Rooney stayed during his England team training! It has spectacular views to the sea overlooking a nature reserve/ bird sanctuary. Inside, the apartment is arranged over 3 levels with a living and open plan kitchen on the lower level, guest suite with self contained shower room on the mezzanine level and the master bedroom and bathroom/shower room on the first level. The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms are tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture in all. There is dining table with 4 chairs. Other facilities include satellite TV, in built music/radio system. Externally, there are 2 large terraces with chairs, table and sunloungers.

The apartment is located in the much sought after area of Golden Triangle of Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The shopping malls of Faro is 15 minutes away and the largest shopping mall of Algarve at Guia is 30 minutes to the west. Villamoura with its vibrant nightlife and casinos, marina and restaurant complex is only 15minutes drive. Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo shopping and restaurant complex catering for upmarket tastes is 5minutes away with the designer shops and international restaurants.

The balcony overlooks the nature reserves in the distance with seaviews. Ensuite bathroom with a full size bathtub and a separate power shower, bidet, toilet and his/her handbasin The guest suite has two single beds with bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. There are 2 fitted wardrobes with hanging space and storage. Rugs and cherry wood floor, leading to the attached wet room/shower room and toliet.

More frequent changes can be arranged for extra charge. The apartment is ideally suited for a 2 couples or family of 4 adults. This apartment was used as part of accommodation by the England football team prior to the world cup in 2006 and recently by Real Madrid for their pre-season training for 2008/09 season. To access the Vale do Lobo resort facilities, there is a resort bus service which can be used to go to the communal swimming pool, restaurants, tennis facilities and the beach.

Went to this Vale Do Lobo on recommendation from family who had been there before earlier this year. I went with a group of 5 and we had a lovely time. The resort is buzzing and the apartment is gorgeous. Drinking champers in the hot tub during sunset was the high point. Great restaurants, brilliant spa while the men golfed, and easy access to Faro where there are great shops. Also did some dirt biking which was just 15 mins from the apartment and had a great time! The beach is a 5 min walk from the flat and not too busy. Going again at the end of summer!

The apartment is normally for only 4 people - as all facilties are geared for that number only but, at a squeeze , 5 responsible young adults could be accomodated and only in very special circumstances as you had......but preference is for 4 only.
