Monte Bove Farm is divided into 2 peacefull self catering holiday apartments. They can also be let as a whole house. The holiday apartments are part of a working organic farm set in the hills of the picturesque Le Marche region of Italy. Close to the hilltop town of Ripatransone and the sea with the 9km sandy beaches of San Benedetto just 12 minutes away. Comfortably furnished as a home from home. These are available to let throughout the year and provide the ideal base for exploring the region. During summer months there is a swimming pool. For winter months there is central heating and wood burning stove. Gardens surround the farmhouse with picnic areas and walks to enjoy. The main theme being, countryside, relaxation, and peace and quiet. The house is baby and toddler friendly, having everything everything you may need - so you don't have to bring it!

Family Apartment - 3 Bedrooms Consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin, large bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, large oven/cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, steam iron, large 6 seater table and chairs, stereo capable of USB stick connection, CDs, cassette, tuner and alarm. Full utensils are provided with china, pans and even scales to weigh your luggage. The kitchen leads out onto a balcony that has a table and chairs so that you can eat al fresco. The lounge has 2 sofa beds an easy chair, TV, Video (UK tuned), DVD player and terrestrial digital tuner. There is a selection of DVDs and videos there for your use, also a small library of books in English. For snug winter nights there is a wood burning stove and gas central heating.

In southern Le Marche, near Ripatransone, between Ancona and Pescara is Monte Bove Farm, 15 minutes inland from Grottammare easy to find being just a 10 minute drive from the autostrada system. The sea is 12-15 minutes by car, the mountains 30 mins. By Air: Nearest airports are: Ancona - 50 min drive; Pescara - 50 min; Perugia - 1hr 45min; Rimini - 1hr 45mins; Bologna-forli - 2 hr 15min; Rome Ciampino - 2hrs 40mins. Alitalia flies to Ancona and Rimini from either Milan or Rome. Ryanair have direct flights to Ancona, Pescara and Rome, whilst Easyjet has flights to Rome. By Rail: The nearest train station is at San Benedetto Delle Tronto which is a 20mins drive (Avis / Hertz hire car available here or taxi). It is possible to catch trains from Pescara, Ancona and Bologna-Forli to this destination. Go to Trenitalia for full details. The car-carrying Motor Rail service by Belgian Railways runs from Denderleeuw to Bologna.
