Situated on the outskirts of town this luxury apartment has everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable and stress free. Why bother with the car when everything is just a short stroll away! Accessed by stairs or lift this 2nd floor apartment was totally refurbished with high quality materials and furnishings in early 2007. The bedrooms consist of 1 double,1 twin plus easy assemble sofa bed and 1 with bunk beds. All have fitted wardrobes and full length mirrors. There is a large family bathroom with shower, toilet , bidet and washbasin and also a shower room with toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, juicer & toaster There is a large lounge furnished with leather sofas & separate dining area to seat 6. New for 2009 - British TV (BBC1,2,ITV 1,2,3,Ch4,5 sport,movies & much more)DVD & CD player with a selection of discs.

Moraira is located 15mins South of Javea. Moraira offers 2 beautiful sandy, child friendly beaches with plenty of watersports activities. There is a harbour where the day's catch of fresh fish is sold each morning and a wonderful marina packed with luxury yachts and power boats. The town has a fantastic array of restaurants featuring local and international cuisine to suit all tastes. There is a good selection of shops offering gifts, jewellery, clothes and shoes from local to designer ware. Every Friday there is a bustling market offering a wide range of produce. There is a permanent fun fair for the kids. Driving toward Javea you cannot miss the majestic Montgo mountain which provides the energetic or athletic amongst you with a hiking challenge. The surrounding roads are ideal for cycling amongst the gorgeous country scenery. Drive 15 mins inland to the fertile valley of Jalon & sample the locally grown grapes the country restaurants have to offer. You will not be disappointed.
