This is a brand new apartment, located in a brand new apartment block, on the river Taff, Cardiff Bay. The apartment is minutes from Mermaid Quay and Cardiff City Centre. The apartment is available for short term rentals at very affordable rates. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan Living Area/Kitchen leading to balcony. The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 adults. Secure parking for one vehicle is included. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and microwave oven are all included for your use. Premium quality Bedding and Towels are included and replenished on a weekly basis. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. This apartment provides convenient walking access to Cardiff city centre (0.5 miles to Central Station) and the Millennium Stadium.

This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of the termination of the rental period, provided that the property is returned in the same condition as it was found. A £50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit where the apartment is not left clean and tidy.

A great time in Cardiff!!

This was our first time travelling to Cardiff and we were extremely thankful that we chose this apartment.

This apartment has all of the modern amenities and was comfortable for the five of us. This was also the first time that I had rented an apartment for a vacation and it was made easy with the great communication we had with Roy (thanks for that from all of us!).

The location also suited our vacation prefectly. A short walk to Mermaid Quay for a great selection of pubs/restaurants and the water ferry. The other direction, another short walk to Millenium stadium and into dowmtown.

I would recommend this apartment, we found it great.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for the Wales / Scotland rugby weekend and had a lovely three nights here. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk into the city centre in one direction and 10 minutes to Cardiff Bay in the other so it was an ideal location. It also meant that the apartment was an escape from any noise and bustle in the Bay or City Centre! The flat itself was spotlessly clean and the underfloor heating kept it cosy - especially the bathrooms! Very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment

I joined my husband on a business trip to Cardiff and thought to do a spot of shopping. We found this apartment and must say that Mr Davidson was prompt and helpful with answering our queries. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we found it extremely clean and comfortable. It is situated centrally so was great for restaurants and shopping. We arrived back home vowing to return to Cardiff and stay at this apartment. We were delighted when our deposit was returned to us within a week of our return. Thank you.

Convenient location & comfortable

My friends and I booked the apartment for the rugby weekend. We wanted to spend three nights in Cardiff, but didn't want to eat and drink out the whole time, and therefore decided not to stay in a hotel. This was an excellent find! We arrived on Thursday and we were initially pleasantly surprised at the security of the complex (key fob access) and the allocated parking space. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, and was equipped with everything we required. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a bonus to have two bathrooms (an additional en-suite bathroom in the bedroom with excellent shower). We were able to make our own meals, relax with a glass of wine and have a good girlie night in! We wanted to be able to spend some time in each others company, and renting an apartment was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. There was no noise from the apartment and the area itself was quiet which was great considering it was within a 20 min walk (mind you we are all over forty, so the younger ones among you could have walked it faster!) from the town centre.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we did contact the landlord on one occasion, who was extremely helpful (and has been very pleasant to deal with all correspondence). We would definitely book again, and have highly recommended the apartment to family and friends.
