Ideal for romantic getaway or for small family, with private pool.
Lovely villa with private pool, lush green garden with extensive level lawn. The house is ideally equipped for a romantic getaway or for a small or young family holiday. Plenty of outdoor space, with large portico for alfresco dining, large BBQ and woodfire oven (to test your pizza making skills). Inside the villino is well furnished with a large living/dining room with kitchen corner, a large double bedroom (that fits a third bed) and a pleasant bathroom with shower. The living room also has a large sofabed. The villa is about 2 kms from the centre of Tuscania where there are planty of restaurants for all pockets, bars and caffè, as well as plenty for the most arduous sightseers. Just 20 minutes from the child friendly and shady beaches of Lake Bolsena, 20mins to the sea, or 20mins to the thermal Spas in Viterbo.
