Wilsham House is located in Devon, close to the North Devon Coast, just a few miles from the Somerset border, sleeps 14 and is situated in the most glorious countryside on Exmoor. Lynton and the sea, and the South West Coastal path is just a stroll away, linked by a foot path which runs through part of the farm. There is ample parking for cars and the views of Exmoor from the cottage are stunning looking out across the fields and woods and down to the Lyn River. The holiday cottage is sited on three floors with the entrance being on the middle floor. On this floor is the dining room with large pine table and views into the garden, and across the fields. Next to the dining room is the spacious living room with ample sofa’s and chairs for everyone to sit down and relax and there is a hi fi system, Sky TV and DVD player

Wilsham Farm is situated on Exmoor, just 3 miles from Lynton, and a mile from the North Devon coast. The famous Lorna Doone country is just down the valley and provides miles of river valley to discover. Exmoor is well known for the moorland, woodland, farmland, river valleys and the spectacular North Devon coastline with some of England’s highest sea cliffs. The coastal towns of Porlock, Lynton, Lynmouth, and Ilfracombe, are all within easy reach and the harbours of Porlock Weir, Watchet, and Lynmouth are all of interest. Many of the ports offer boat trips and sea fishing. North Devon is a mecca for water sports with the surfing beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands close by. The National Trust sights of Dunster Castle, Rosemoor Gardens, Holnicote Estate, and Watersmeet are worth a visit. Golf courses are found at Saunton Sands and Royal North Devon. The area is renowned for its varied and spectacular walking

The House is separate from the Bread and Breakfast so you can make as much noise as you want. The description of the house was accurate. the layout of the house was accurate the bathrooms in the onsuits on the ground floor, were in very good condition. The lounge has enough seating for 14 people and is very comfortable. the house was clean and tidy and well maintained. The owners provided good customer service and were willing to help if there were any problems. The Owners were very friendly. the indoor pool was fantastic, there was lighting in the pool so if it got dark whilst swimming there wasnt a problem. i would recomment the property to a friend. The pub nearest called the Blue ball/Bell inn was very friendly and provided a good service the food was lovely and had good portionsizes. Tauton, minehead, lyton, lynmouth, ilfracombe are all within reach and well worth a visit.
