It is the largest property of all the award winning Paradise Gardens I, II, III & IV complexes with well maintained gardens and 2 pools with poolside WC/showers & changing facilities. Fully air conditioned and accessible by lift, the penthouse is close to restaurants and the town centres of both old and new Paphos, and within a 3 min walk of the nearest restaurant/bar and a 24hr convenience store. The main tourist area with bars/restaurants/night clubs/shops/beach and harbour are all within easy walking distance. The penthouse has been cleverly designed with a south facing large sun terrace and lounge, whilst the bedrooms are on the cooler north side of the property.

This new luxury penthouse is situated near the tourist area of Paphos where there are many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The property is located within a beautiful well maintained complex with two communal pools and beautiful gardens. The quality and location of this development makes the penthouse an excellent base to explore the surrounding town, beach, front and popular harbour area. The award winning Coral Bay area is a short distance away. Local activities include wind-surfing, water skiing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing. There are 3 golf courses within reach of the property. Car hire, whilst not essential, is recommended if you wish to see all Cyprus has to offer. Driving is on the left and signs are in english.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Additionally, a security deposit of £200 is paid in advance before arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

    Minibus taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport (payable locally). For two week bookings, or longer, a weekly linen change can be arranged for a small charge (payable locally).

    Visitors may be requested to vacate the penthouse by 11am on departure day so that it can be prepared for the next visitors. There are showers and changing facilities in the pool area which can be used up to departure if required.

Notes: The large all day private sun terrace (an additional 34 sq m) has table and seating for 8 people and a gas fired barbecue. If shade is preferred there is a large roller awning. There are also four sun loungers with deep-filled cushions and two sun lounger tables. The living room includes a cinema surround sound system and selection of DVDs/Cd's. There is a variety of paperbacks and board games. A high chair and cot can be arranged in advance if required. The kitchen area is equipped with breakfast bar and stools, juicer, toaster, COOL BOX!., and ceiling fan.

The weather was excellent when we visited at end of Sept - up into the 30s, which meant that the two balconies were well used throughout the heat of the day. The area surrounding the apartment was very quiet and weather superb which made walks to the harbour in the evening very enjoyable. The harbour area was very lively and colourful and restaurants reasonably priced. We would recommend the apartment as somewhere very good to stay (Wells family)

My boyfriend & I have have just returned from a weeks holiday in the penthouse apartment & we had such a lovely time.
The penthouse really was perfect, very clean, spacious & had everything we needed.
The photos really don't do the penthouse justice, The balcony is huge & secluded which is a big bonus too.
We hired a car for the week & there is plenty of room for parking, however it is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of bars/restaurants.
Kaye was very helpful throughout the booking, Providing lots of info & maps.
We would love to stay at the penthouse apartment again.

Fantastic appartment, everything we needed!!

We've just returned from a weeks holiday with a group of friends (aged 25-35) and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay. We expected it was going to be nice from the pics and description on this site, but it was even better than we thought, with everything we needed and more! Kaye provided us with all the info we needed before going and arranged a taxi transfer from the airport which was very helpful, and there was even more info at the appartment when we arrived. The appartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The appartment was so well equipped that we didn't need anything extra, which was a really expected bonus and luxury for a self catering appartment.

The swimming pools were lovely - very clean and a perfect temperature.

We had some lovely evenings on the balcony with a BBQ and also ventured into town for some really nice meals in various restaurants by the harbour. There was also a restaurant just around the corner from Paradise Gardens which served us all very well if we wanted to have breakfast out, or a few drinks in the evening followed by some great local food!

We are hoping to book again for next year as we all loved Pafos and this penthouse appartment was perfect in every way which made an ideal holiday!!

I'd recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a nice, easy, relaxing, luxurious and hassle free holiday.

Perfect Paphos Family Penthouse!

This is the second year we've stayed in this penthouse apartment and we've already booked again for 2010. If you're looking for a home from home for the family this is the place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the harbour & the pool area is great. The apartment was very clean and there's two bathrooms to avoid the queue for a shower. The balcony is big enough for six to sit around a table & relax looking over the pool & fields without being overlooked by anyone. The comfortable lounge & SkyTV to keep the kids happy is a big bonus as well. All of the pre-holiday information & help with taxis, restaurants couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, all of our dealings with Kaye & Mike have been extremely friendly & accomodating - we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone including the most fussy of people.

We just thought we would drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your penthouse apartment in Paphos. The penthouse and patio/roof garden are VERY large....the description says large but the photo's do not do it justice! The apartment really feels like a home away from home with everything you would or could need provided. We have been telling all our friends what a great holiday we had and how we are looking forward to our next visit!!
