This elegantly furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the east end of Sanibel Island, providing easy access on and off the island. The unit is located just steps from beautiful beaches full of shelling opportunities. Situated on a large canal, boat dockage is available and a nearby marina offers boat rentals or you may choose to fish from the dock. This town home has a beautiful open kitchen that is well-equipped and a dining area that seats 6. The living area is large and features a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR/DVD/CD player, and a stereo system. Internet access, both wireless and ethernet, is provided. There is also an enclosed lanai with additional living space. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a flat panel TV and DVD player and its own full bath and a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a balcony. There is also a second bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Comfortable living and awesome beaches! Come soon!
