This luxury 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment is situated in the upmarket complex of 'La Senia' between the Port and Arenal area of Javea, close to the beaches, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The pebbly beach is only a 3 minute stroll! This spacious apartment comprises lounge/diner, separate kitchen, separate utility, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with king size bed, family shower room and private terrace. There are a few UKTV channels available. In the lounge there is a comfortable double sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 people. Air conditioning & central heating is fitted throughout the apartment. The complex has a large swimming pool with a splash pool for children set in exotic tropical gardens. Excellently located, exquisitely furnished and very popular with our clients. A fantastic opportunity to relax in a top quality apartment near the sea! The apartment is non smoking. Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is located on the Costa Blanca, which is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. There are hundreds of lovely coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with our famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets and are a 5 minute walk. The pebbly beach with traditional beach bars is less than a 3 minute stroll. The Arenal and old town of Javea are also within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. We are within easy drive to Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Ibiza is only a ferry trip away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 300 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. A Travel Cot can be hired for 20 pounds per week and a high chair for 15 pounds per week. Cot linen to be provided by yourselves. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided including beach towels.
  • LONG TERM AUTUMN & WINTER LETS ONLY £200 PER WEEK - LESS THAN £29 PER DAY! Are you wanting to escape the winter blues? Having a property built? Wanting to buy a property at your leisure? Long winter lets from October to March are available at special reduced rates of £200.00 per week plus utilities, minimum stay 8 weeks. Bookings are now being taken.
  • The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place. Please note there is an out of hours call out charge or arrivals from 7pm onwards

Notes: The apartment is just 4 years old, located on the ground floor in front of the communal pool & gardens with direct access to the pool from the garden. The interior has been furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning and central heating fitted throughout. There a few UK channels available on the TV including sports, childrens TV and music.. The property faces West and has sunshine in the garden from 11am until sunset. Sunbeds can be taken onto the communal gardens if you prefer to lounge by the pool. Beach towels are provided as well as a cooler and portable BBQ for the beach. Underneath the apartment is a good sized parking space with direct access to the apartment via a lift. You can walk to two excellent supermarkets within a few minutes including Iceland which has recently opened across the road. The port which is full of amenities takes around 7 minutes to walk, the pebbly beach 3 minutes and the Arenal sandy beach about 20 minutes from the apartment.

Javea & General Area: The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc. Skillful bartering recommended!
