Stylish apartment that will make you feel like at home. That apartment has a unique atmosphere with its originals walls and it’s fully covered with parquet. The American kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space to share time and conversation when someone is cooking; in the living room there is also a bright balcony that gives you a open door to the city. The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, washing machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equipped with shower headroom's. The living room has a special touch equipped with FLATTV 21” Philips and a Sony PlayStation2 with games used as DVD and a comfortable sofa that can be used as two single beds if necessary. The apartment offers also the ADSL high speed wifi INTERNET access. (Bring your own laptop) It has 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and with a wardrobe to put all your clothes.

  • DISCOUNTS % FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 7 DAYS.
    RATES FOR 1 to 4 PERSONS IN THE APARTMENT (In case of 5 persons has to be added 15 Eur per night)
    The rates INCLUDES ALL TAXES and CONSUMPTIONS (electricity, gas and water).
    The Rates could be modified depending on the Special Events in Barcelona (3GSM, Sonar, ...)
    A 40 Euro for end cleaning fee has to be added at the end price.
    In case a stay of 2 nights the rate per night is 10 % higher than the indicated above.

    Arrival time conditions:
    Check in time is 15 to 21h ( Depending in other booking we can make check in sooner)
    25 Eur extra charge for arrivals after 21h,
    35 Eur extra Charge for arrivals after midnight

    Security Deposit.
    A deposit of 150 Eur is required the day you come.
    This deposit is refunded at the departure day after checking the apartment.

    To make the booking of the apartment 25 % total amount should be payed. We can only block the apartment for you in case the 25 % has been received at our account or the credit card payment.
    We accept payments with bank transfer of funds or credit card payment
    Payment Policy: The remaining 75% is done when you arrive at the apartment and keys are delivered. This payment is always done in cash in case you need other option of payment, please feel free to ask before arriving.

How to go to the Beach from NOU de la RAMBLA Apt.: Going to the Beach from the apartment. To go to the beach from the apartment is very easy and very well connected. In 10-12 minutes you can be in the beaches of Barcelona. Just take the bus Nr 64 (BARCELONETA -PEDRALBES)( at 300 meters from the apartment) in the parallel street (300m) and after 10 stops you can descend and you will be in front of the beach. It has all amenities, was nicely designed, and was in a great location. I dealt with a great guy named Joan who was very accommodating and advised me on general knowledge of the town. It has a balcony. It was great being able to step out in the morning to feel the sun shining. In my opinion, it was better staying at an apartment like this versus a hotel because you feel more at home as if you were a local. The metro was very close but you probably wouldn't need it because everything is walking distance. In my opinion, it is in a central location.Restaurants, supermarkets, farmacias, and locuturios are all nearby. My favorite spot, Montjuic Parc, was nearby and great to go to on the weekends. I would definitely recommend staying

We stayed here, 4 of us, and had nothing but good things to say about the place except for the shower...
It had playstation 2, tv, heaters and all the good stuff.. Great location... And comfy beds
The shower didn't go that hot though - Not a big problem
And Joan, the guy that let us in, sent our med kit to us for free which we had left in the apartment... Really friendly! Thanks Joan... Great stay!

Perfect place, in a perfect neighborhood

This was our very first time to Barcelona. We booked the place online. Joan was very responsive via emails with the all the info, as well as the pictures of the apartment. The apartment turned out to be exactly what the pictures showed. Joan was there to meet us one on one, to show us everything we needed to know. There were 4 of us (2 couples), and the size was perfect. The apartment is in Poble Sec, in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood (not touristy at all). It was 2 blocks away from Montjuic where u can take a hike up the top to see the entire city, or take the tram up. It was also walking distance to the touristy areas (Ramblas, gothic quarter, etc.) The metro station is also very close by. 1 or 2 blocks away you'll find small super markets for groceries/produce. Also about 4 blocks away is probably one of the best tapas place in barcelona: Quimet & Quimet

Overall, it was a perfect apartment for the 4 of us who had never been to Barcelona before. Joan even arranged a taxi cab for us in the morning when we checked out. I HIGHLY recommended this place if you're looking for a nice/clean apartment that is in a safe and quiet area, but still close to the action.

Great stay in Barcelona!

We had a great stay at the apartment! We slept 6 people comfortably for the time we were there. Joan was very accomodating to our change in itinerary during the trip as well as very helpful with directions around the city and setting up a taxi for a ride to the airport on our departure day. All of the money transactions were smooth and without issue.

The apartment is within walking distance to Las Ramblas and is very close to the metro station and surrounding markets and cafes.

All in my group would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would look to stay there again if we ever return to Barcelona. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay any longer!

Location was very convenient. Layout was as advertised and property quite clean/ fairly well maintained apart from shower - seemed to leak. Owner was contactable, punctual and helpful. Probably good value - all things considered. We were glad of the lift to the 4th floor! The surrounding area was quiet, although less smart than expected. Would recommend 'Dino Pan' close enough to get great fresh supplies for breakfast, also some good local supermarkets.

This apartment met all our expectations. It was exactly as described, modern, exceptionally clean and excellently equiped with all that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.We fell completely relaxed here.
It was within walking distance of the Ramblas, but, if like us, your legs begin to tire after too much walking, the Parallel metro station was only a couple of minutes away.
Joan, the apartment owner, could not have been more helpful and was more than happy to arrange a taxi for our return to the airport.
We would definitely return to this apartment again.
