The property is located on its own private 12 acre hill just 7km outside the unspoilt village of La Garde-Freinet which has a good range of local shops, services and restaurants and a true Provencal ‘feel’. The setting in the heart of the Massif de Maures is breathtaking with uninterrupted natural scenery and peace, while only 20 minutes to the coast and 40 minutes from Toulon airport and just over an hour to Nice. Tennis - There are tennis courts in nearby La Garde-Freinet and also a tennis club in Grimaud.
