Additional information about rental rates

  • For extra nights, charge 100 / day. Please note the property will be professionally cleaned and linen is prepared and organized for your arrival. Guests are expected to leave the house in a similar condition as it was on arrival.
    On agreeing a booking we will ask you to complete a booking form and pay 30% of the booking's value in order to secure the booking. Full balance is due EIGHT WEEKS before your arrival date and we reserve the right to re-let the house if the balance is not paid by this date. On receipt of this payment we will send your ARRIVAL INFORMATION with details of and who to contact to obtain keys etc.If paying by credit card, please add a 2% credit card fee - debit cards or cheques are free-of-charge.
  • We also ask for a security deposit of £100 against damage and leaving the house in an unacceptable state. This is payable with the final balance. This will be returned one week after your departure less any deductions due. Any additional cleaning time to clean up unusual mess that one would not normally leave behind in one's own house will be charged at GBP 10 / hour and taken off the security deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy: If Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:
    - up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
    - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
    - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
    - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
    - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price.

    The Advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.

This is an excellent quality maisonette with all the facilities we needed during our stay in London. It is in a good location, close to transport links into central london and with local shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The owner/agent provided a great service before and during our stay.
Thouroughly recommended and we'll be staying again.

This was the perfect apartment for my family. It was so nice to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. It was clean, modern, and the wireless Internet was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

A great address for a London trip

The maisonette is a very comfortable and nicely arranged home for a visit of London. We enjoyed our time here very much. The house is fully equipped with all necessary tools; it provides a homely atmosphere and enables a relaxing stay in this wonderful city. Its location in walking distance to the tube about 20 minutes from the city centre provides fast access to all attractions but also gives the opportunity to enjoy the country side of London. We highly recommend this beautiful maisonette for all who like to enjoy private atmosphere during vacation with very friendly management. We will recommend to friends and hope to come back in future.
