Newly built (completed Nov 2007) penthouse, two storey, 1000 square foot (c. 100 square metre) apartment and 300 square foot balcony with breathtaking mountain and lake views. This picture was taken from the living room. Parking for one car in basement. Furnished to very high standard. Probably the best apartment available to rent in Zell.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are per week exclusive of cleaning (120 Euros) and tourist tax (1.05 Euros per head per night for adults over 15 years of age). Long term lets considered. Changeover day is generally Saturday but alternatives will be considered subject to a surcharge.
    40% of rental is payable to secure booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 8 weeks to your arrival date, full rent is payable to secure booking. Deposit of 400 Euros payable on arrival. Cleaning charge of 120 Euros and tourist tax of 1.05 euros per head (aged over 15 years) per day will be deducted from deposit at end of rental period.
  • Booking is not reserved until deposit is received. Person booking accommodation is responsible for any damage to the apartment and common areas caused by guests.

    CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel your holiday having paid a deposit or fail to pay the balance when requested (in which case the booking will be deemed cancelled), your holiday period will be shown as available on the website. If I find a replacement guest, you will be refunded when I have received payment in full from the replacement guest less a €200 administration charge. If a replacement guest is not found, all payments are forfeited.
  • HOUSE SWAP

    House swap considered (probably during summer months). Interested in South of France, Italy. Open to suggestions.

Bus station that brings skiers to cable cars at foot of Schmittenhohe mountain or to Kaprun or other adjacent skiing areas is 200 metres from apartment. Apartment is 50 metres from pedestrian zone in Zell am See. Substantial 300 square foot (c. 30 square metre) balcony. Wooden surface with underfloor heating to melt snow. Table and 4 chairs. Large sliding doors on front and rear of living room provides easy access to balcony. Apartment is heated by multi zoned underfloor heating. Safe provided for guests use (though no liability accepted for items stored in it). Property is two storey but distance from parking space to entrance is less than 20 metres and lift brings guests directly to apartment entrance. There are two 18 hole championship golf courses just five minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bus. Lake Zell is a stone's throw from apartment

Guest Comments: Many thanks.We had a fabulous time.The apartment was excellent in everyway.We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in visiting that neck of the woods.Our whole trip and holiday was perfect. When I saw the views of both the frozen lake and the snow filled mountains with the gondolas moving up and down I was mesmerized. The Apartment was lovely .. probably the best holiday I have had to date. The skiing conditions were perfect and the location of the apartment was a bonus as we didn't have to travel far for anything. We had a great holiday. The apartment is in a very good location. Upstairs is very tastefully finished and it was a pleasure to spend time during the day & evening in it. Thanks once again. Please accept the appreciation of my family and mine. We have enjoyed the stay in your good apartment. I will tell any one that I know about your apartment. Thanks again and best regards.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of Zell Am See

The apartment is extremely comfortable and situated in a great location, very close to all amenities and a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

The apartment also has a great balcony with fantastic views of the lake. We also found it easy to stay in and cook in the apartment because there was great cooking facilities and it was very comfortable to sit down and eat.
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodation in Zell Am See.

This was our first time in Zell Am See and we really enjoyed it as it was very friendly and had good Apres Ski. There was also a great choice of restaurants.

fabulous apartment

Our party, including children, had a wonderful stay here in February 2009. The apartment is fitted with excellent furnishings and facilities and is very close to ski lifts, train station and town centre. The view is simply breathtaking as well. Highly recommended for summer or winter stay. An added advantage is that you can ski back for lunch and fully relax - making the most of your ski day. Lift access to apartment is very convenient and has undercover parking.
