Situated in Old Nice this self-catering holiday apartment in the heart of the old quarter, which is a hive of activity by day, & Nice's most romantic quarter by night. Getting here couldn't be easier, hop on the bus at the airport and hop off just after it turns away from the beach, you are at Rue St François de Paule. 100 meters from there and you have arrived. Alternatively, why not use our airport collection service, at only €25 one way, it takes a lot of the stress and hassle out of finding the right bus & the right stop

Notes to the rental rates

  • A 30% deposits is required to secure the rental period and can be sent as a transfer, or as a euro cheque or as a sterling cheque.
    Sterling cheque deposits will be held to guarantee the rental period and will be exchanged on arrival for the euro equivalent.
    The balance is payable on arrival, in euros.
    4 nights are charged 70% of the weekly rate.
    5 nights are charged 80% of the weekly rate.
    6 nights are charged 90% of the weekly rate..
    Late check in (after 19:00) is charged 20 euro.
    Towels, one hand and one bath towel, (should you not want to bring your own), are charged at 10 euro per person
  • A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival, and refunded on departure.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged by private vehicle for €25 one way
    End of stay cleaning can be arranged, should you so wish, for 15 euro per person
