Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are per night & per week. The price quoted is for occupancy of 6 people. For every extra guest, there shall be an increment of 25€/night in high season and 15€/night in low season. That means 225€ for 7, 250€ for 8, 275€ for 9, 300€ for 10, 325€ for 11, 350€ for 12,400€ for 14 people per night. In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 25% of the total price for your stay, that can be done via pay pal or bank transfer. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance (75%) and a 200€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay. The 200 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. There is a cleaning fee of 60€, clean linens and towels are provided.
