Well located 60sqm apartment in a great location, with room for up to 6 people. You can enjoy proximity to the beach and only minutes from Las Ramblas. 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds than can be made into a double if desired. One bathroom with shower and another one with wash basin and toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided. The living/dining room has a sofa and a dining table, so you can spend time relaxing and eating indoors if you wish benefitig from the various grosery stors and food market just around the corner.

Arrival time - On the day of your arrival, the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment to welcome you, show you the apartment and give you the keys, and inform you personally about all the details of it. You need to pay the remainder amount in cash and the refundable deposit as well. We would request that in case of delay you would please phone the owner as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary whitings. Check in will be done after 14:00., in case another client leaves the apartment the same day, in order to give us enough time to leave the apartment in perfect conditions for you. Related to this point, we will inform you with time enough.

Departure time - At you departure, the check out should be done before 11:00 h. . of the last day. This norm admits flexibility with the hour, in case there's no host incoming the same day. The deposit will be refunded in cash if there is no damage or incident in the apartment and you will give the keys to the owners or representatives.

APARTMENTS RULES . Please respect our neighbors - normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Our customer have to respect the rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. We wish our customer have a good experience in Barcelona.

Golf: BEHAIVOUR The person signing the present agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in accordance with normal civic standards we shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever. Please Note: Availabilities change on a daily basis, and we are unable to guarantee your reservation, until we are in receipt of the relevant deposit made to you in our offer.

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and would definitely deal with her again. The apartment had everything you could want and was in very good order.

Only downside was a party in the apartment above that went on all night on the Saturday so very little sleep (worth noting). Would stay again if in the area.

Great area with the beach so near, lots of good restaurants and easy access to any attractions either by walking or public transport. My kids loved the ideas of the locals bikes and would have loved to be able to use them. Worth investigating before you go incase there is a way of using them. They are bikes dotted around the city that locals use a card to get out and put back when they get to their destination - great idea, it would work well in the uk.

All of this was helped by fantastic weather, thank goodness we didn't come a week later!
