4 Year old villa, large and bright, furnished and fitted to a high standard. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac making it a peaceful location. The villa has a large garden of 1000m2 which is completely walled making it very private. The villa boast amazing outside facilities within the mature landscaped garden there is a 60m2 covered outside area that serves for shaded lounging, dining, BBQ and bar, this area directly overlooks the 72m2 swimming pool which is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Other outside facilities include a WC, laundry room and off road parking for up to 4 cars.

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac which is a 10 minute walk from Chiclana town. Within easy walking distance you will find a supermarket, bakery and two bars which serve food. La Barrosa beach is only 15 minutes drive from the villa / this is the most famous beach in the area, as it is 7km of golden sand, and boast a blue flag.

We went away wanting a quiet family holiday in a comfortable villa with good facilities and we were not disappointed. The villa was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The garden was very pretty and well maintained with a large and inviting pool. The icing on the cake was the outside bar/lounge/dining area, this gave us shade during the day for those that didn't want to sit in the sun and somewhere to relax in the evening with a drink while the kids played in the pool for as long as they wished. The local beach was only ten minutes by car with beautiful white sands stretching for miles. We thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight and would highly recommend this villa.
