Description:
This is a beautiful Villa with its own pool which is enclosed for those with young children. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the usual up to date equipment. One bedroom en suite with double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has one single bed with 2 full size bunks. The lounge also has a double bed/setee and can therefore accommodate up to 9 people. Casa Violeta is situated in the small village of Pago Del Humo down a short tarmac drive with 6 other private dwellings. We always provide a basic welcome pack for our guests on their arrival, but should you require additional shopping this can be done on your behalf at additional cost. We know from experience that this can be useful especially for those with a young family, nappies, toiletries etc. which all add to the weight of your baggage. Airport collection can also be arranged, please email for costs.
Facilities.:
English TV is provided for those of you that are soap fanatics. An 8 x 3 Pool with Patio & Brick Built BBQ is also provided along with parking for up to 3 cars. You are just 10/15 min drive from the most beautiful beeches on the Spanish coast. The nearest airports are Jerez 40 min., Seville 90 min., & Gibraltar 90 min. Malagar is around 2 1/2 hours. Restaurants in the village are excellent value for money and a local shop also provides most of your needs, with good supermarkets all within a short drive.
Other facilities offered are : Shopping, Birthday Cakes etc for those special occassions, Restaurant Bookings, and Airport collections. Should you have any special requests please ask.
Activities:
Many sporting activities can be had in the area including; Golf, Horse Riding, Beech, Cycling, Bird Watching, Surfing & Fishing to name but a few. Cadiz, which is the oldest city in Europe is a 30 min drive. Donanna National Park is a trip well worth taking but you are advised to book in advance. Many Pablo Blancos are all within a 30 min. drive. Jerez not only famous for its sherry also has a Grand Prix Circuit just 45 min. drive from Chiclana making it an ideal base for those of you that are motor sport enthusiasts. Then of course there are the many Fiestas not least the Cadiz Fiesta in February which is famous worldwide and only second to Rio, this starts on the 19th February and ends on the 1st of March.
June holds the week long fair in Chiclana and is a wonderful experience. August sees the Horse Annual Horse Racing festival on the beeches of Sanlucar.
Golf:
We can also arrange Tee times and discounted golf at many of the regions most beautiful courses which include: Campano Golf, Melia Golf, Barcelo Montecastillo, Las Lomas, Costa Ballena, Novo Sancti Petri(2), Puerto Santa Maria, Jerez Sherry, Montenmedio, Arcos Gardens & Benalup. Coaching is also available.
