Bright and Spacious. Comfortable and Cosy. Luxurious and New. Walking distance to amenities; shops, bars, restaurants, the beach... and only a few minutes drive to 4 different golf courses, to Port Adriano, to Puerto Portals and Port Andraxt. The apartment has a large bright living room with a large terrace. TV/SKY /DVD Fully equipped kitchen with all brand new equipment. We have a bedroom with a double bed, another one with twin beds and a third one with bunk beds .The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with bath & shower. The 2nd bath room has a walk in shower. The aircon /heating makes the apartment great for all seasons. The position of the apartment means that a car is not really necessary, but in case you rent one the apartment has an allocated parking space.

Santa Ponsa is a real family resort with plenty to do in all seasons.It has a white sandy beach,safe shallow water,rocks for fishing,pedalloes,straw sun shades,deck chairs,beach bars & cafes.Marina Fer is situated in the quiet part of the town 5 minutes walk to the beach & 3 minutes to the supermarket & a choice of restaurants & bars.The livelier all-night bars & entertainment are on the other side of the town 10 minutes walk away.Water parks,theme parks,Marineland,Go-karting ,spectacular cabaret shows are all part of the entertainment available in the area.Palma is within easy access both by car & bus.Drool over the yachts or simply people watch in Puerto Portals (6 minutes away by car)Calvia has the finest selection of restaurants & bars to suit everyones´pocket & everyones´tastes. For those who enjoy walking or cycling the district has a host of protected wild life & birds which can be seen whilst walking in the hills above Santa Ponsa on the way to the charming town of Calvia.

Loved this apartment as it was in a really quiet area but only a five min walk to the town, beach, bars, restaurants, bus stops and taxi ranks. Also a wonderful supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself seems brand new, very clean with everything you could need and a huge lounge. The terrace overlooks the pool and lovely gardens which have lemon and banana trees.The pool and gardens did'nt get too crowded even in Aug. Although there is an inside dining table we tended to eat all our meals on the large terrace and as it was so quiet it was fab to relax with a glass of wine in the evening looking out over the pool and lighted gardens (very romantic!!) We loved Santa Ponsa as it was close to the water parks, pirate show etc. Although we did have a car, you would not need one as the buses, taxis etc just 5 mins away. You can even get a bus to Palma (about 20 mins away). There are also lots of golf courses etc nearby. Magaluf and Palma Nova are also about 5 mins by car/taxi.
