We have finished our very luxury villa Flor at Urbanisation Las Laderas in Javea at December 2007. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bathrooms are en-suite. The plot of 1100 m2 is flat, has a big terrace with 8 beds, a jeu de boules court and a swimming pool of 10x5 m. The distance to the beach is 3500 m and to the golf resort of Javea 1000 m. In the neighbourhood of the beach El Arenal and the Javea Golf Club is the prestigious Urbanisation Las Laderas with 70 new villa's. Our luxury villa has been finished in December 2007, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is on a flat plot of 1100 m2, has a big terrace with 2 terrace tables and 8 chairs from Royal Garden and 8 comfort beds and a private swimming pool of 10x5 m. Our swimming pool is controlled by a computer, so no chlorine is required. This is safe for eyes, skin and clothes.
