Luxury Villa with Swimming Pool and outstanding views.

Situated in a quiet location with stunning views, yet only a 20 minute drive from the ancient city of Perigueux. This luxury villa is an ideal place to stay for 2 or 3 families. The villa is spacious offering accommodation for up to 13 people. The grounds are landscaped and well maintained with a large sunny south-facing covered terrace. Surrounding the large (12metres x 6 metres) swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace with sun-loungers for 13 persons. Within walking distance to the villa, is a rustic farm Restaurant which is extremely popular amongst the locals. The chef is a charming character who grows his own produce on the farm and is keen to show off his animals to holidaymakers. This part of the Dordogne is relatively undiscovered and you will find the locals extremely helpful and friendly. There are many fairytale chateaux to visit nearby and numerous excellent restaurants boasting dishes of foie gras and truffles. Flights available to Limoges Airport.

Located in the Dordogne - with its many tourist attractions and beautiful, unspoilt countryside, the villa is situated only 25kms from the ancient city of Perigueux. Perigueux is a bustling regional city with a charming old quarter of narrow streets and sunny squares, many interesting boutiques and markets, street cafes. On the river you can take a boat trip and marvel at the wonderful architecture. Perigueux is a lively place hosting regular Saturday morning markets of meat, vegetables, fruits and conserves sold by the people who toiled to produce them.
