A quiet luxury villa close to all the excitement of the Costa Blanca

Capistrano is a uniquely located villa on the southern slope of Puig Campana 1km out of Finestrat village. It is set far enough back from the Finestrat - Benidorm road to have no traffic noise but is within easy 2 minute access to the village and remarkably, it is only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Benidorm. There are stunning views from the south-facing terrace down to Alicante Bay in the distance and from the kitchen window there is an unobstructed view of Puig Campana the symbol of the Costa Blanca. The house is set among pines which separate it from the 4 other villas in a closed loop so that the setting is peaceful without the security risk of being too isolated. Of the four neighbouring villas, one is lived in year-round and the other three are holiday homes - none are rented out. Within 15 minutes of Capistrano there are four beaches with European Blue Flag awards - the quietest of the four at Villajoiosa is about 20 minutes away close to a fishing fleet and yacht harbour

There is an 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away between Finestrat and Benidorm with clubhouse, buggy rental, restaurants etc. There is a 9 hole course (Don Cayo) 20 minutes away in Altea and another 18 hole course 30 minutes away in Bonalba near Alicante. 45 minutes away is La Sella 18 hole course near Denia. Also available within 20 minutes drive are facilities for pitch & putt; boating (sail or power); water skiing; scuba; horse-riding; tennis; go-karting; fishing for carp (20 minutes) or trout (45 minutes); mountain biking; rambling & mountain walking (we operate a guided mountain walking program in November and from mid-January to mid-March & can advise on routes).
