Peregian Beach is located midway on the Sunshine Coast - 10 Kms south of Noosa Heads and 10 Kms north of Coolum. The Townhouse is within easy walking distance of 'The Village' - home to fine dining, cafes, a supermarket & Peregian Beach Surf Club (great food & wine). The area is well serviced by transport - buses, airport shuttle, taxis & limousines all run along the coast. The Sunshine Coast Motorway provides an easy 90 Kms trip south to Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast airport is a 20 minute drive and provides direct links to Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide - Jet Star, Tiger & Virgin Blue (which direct connects to NZ via Melbourne). Local attractions include Noosa National Park and the Glass-House mountains. The Australia Zoo (of Steve/Bindy Erwin fame) is nearby at Beerwah. Australian wildlife abounds throughout. Swimming, surfing, sun-baking is year round (local air/sea temperatures rarely fall below 20 degrees celcius). Snorkeling, sailing and fishing also are local favourites.

  • Deposit, Balance and Refunds(cancellations): Deposit: High and Mid seasons - 50% of total tarriff. Low season - $200AUD/week (or in full if within 45 days of commencing your stay). Balance due six weeks prior to commencement of stay. Non refundable deposit. All cancellations are to be in writing. No refund of rental monies paid unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy.
  • Bond: A bond equivalent to one week's rental is to be held in escrow. Bonds (and all other monies) will be made payable through/via a direct-deposit bank account (to be nominated by the owner) upon booking. All bond monies will be fully refunded to the person whose name the booking is made following inspection by and approval of cleaners.
  • Discounts: Discounts of 10% for 8-plus nights. Special rates for longer stays (if possible) are available. Please enquire when booking.

Heating, if required, is by air-conditioning & convection fan heaters. You can enjoy an early morning stroll or late afternoon walk along kilometres of unspoilt beaches. The beach is patrolled during most Queensland school holiday periods and most weekends (Enquiries can be made at the local Surfing Club).

Resort Facilities: Also take advantage of the full resort facilities on offer. These include solar heated Swimming Pool, heated Spa, Sauna, Children wading pool, barbecues, meeting room and in-house kiosk/shop. There is also a Games room that provides for Table Tennis, a Pool-Table and various Video machines. The Games room also provides an email and internet-access terminal (available at a nominal charge of $2AUD per 15 minutes use). Wireless broadband is now also available pool-side.

Golfing Offer : As a guest of this property, you have a special invitation from the General Manager of the Peregian Springs Golf Club to play golf at this private and exclusive golf course. Peregian beach has beautiful sunny skies and warm beach water even in winter. The apartment is surrounded in soft green grass and dense natural bushland that leads to the beach. The track is covered in a tropical canopy of palms, banksia and striking grasses. This natural scrub is home to song birds of every colour, green tree frogs, geckoes, commodores and the beautiful Australian Brush Turkey, to name a few. Many nights we saw eagles gliding over the water at sunset.

The pool and spa are warm and wonderful and have a tropical island feel with the surrounding gardens. Adjoining this is an excellent free barbeque area, sauna, and upstairs games room.

The apartment is airy and inviting with lots of natural light, air-conditioning, comfortable leather lounges and a widescreen cable TV with news, sports, kids and movie channels. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is a close distance to local shops, parks and restaurants.

Each morning we woke up to the sounds of birds singing and waves crashing against the sand. We would recommend this glorious, natural beach resort to anyone, couples and families alike.
