On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor are a Lounge, Study, bathroom and a large Kitchen/Lounge/Diner. The villa is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV and DVD player. Air Cooling/Heating is available for an extra charge. The villa is situated in the Rincon de Loix, a quiet residential area of Benidorm, yet close to the beach, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and bus routes. Car is not necessary. The villa has a private garden accessed via a staircase where the pool, stone bar-b-que/eating area and terraces can be found. There is also a large covered terrace which provides ample shade during hot weather. Off road parking is available. An ideal location for your summer holiday and is also available all year round. my review on the property.
I live in spain but, but had family over for a week, so booked this villa so we could all stay together..
The villa was in a great location,,within walking distance to benidorm..the villa was very clean..with everything you needed.washing machine,dishwasher,ect.
The pool was clean and the garden area was very nice.
There was 6 of us that stayed there, and there was still plenty of room..the view's of benidorm at night were great.
The balconys from the bedrooms were great to sunbath on during the day...so overall i would reccomend this villa to anyone who wants a great holiday within benidorm.

I,d rate my overall experience for this rental property as,
very comfortable, the villa had everything you could need for a good holiday. If you just want a holiday in and around Benidorm, you do not need a car, although close to the resort it is very quite, has lovely views of Benidorm at night.
