New spacious 4 bedroom luxury villa situated in Kapparis just outside Paralimni. This romantic villa is convenient for Protaras and Ayia Napa, with a private 8m by 4m pool and only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Fabulous sea views, the villa is fully air conditioned with a fully equipped patio of sun loungers, table and chairs and barbeque area. There is also parking for three cars which makes this the perfect villa for a family and friends holiday in Cyprus. Furnished to the highest standard it consists of a spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, TV, and DVD. Separate dining area with fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, and fridge/freezer). There is also a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor are three large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and two with double beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor (one en-suite and one family) plus a washing machine , dryer and iron.

Kapparis is located on the east side of Cyprus and is only 2 miles from Paralimni and about 15 miles to Ayia Napa and the breath taking Cape Greco. It is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach of Kapparis and walking distance to local traditional Cypriot restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets. For the more adventurous, car rentals are also walking distance where you can hire a car and head into the capital, Nicosia, to a museum or a show or even head west to Paphos to see Aphrodite's Birth Place and the Tombs of the Kings. You are also walking distance for paragliding, jet skiing and surfing or even visiting a theme park for the kids.
