The villa is located a short 10 minute drive from two safe blue flag beaches which are ideal for families. There are 2 golf courses nearby one 5 minutes drive and the other a championship course, 15 minutes drive from the villa. Supermarkets and other shopping can be found within 10 minutes drive from the villa and there are excellent restaurants 5 minutes away by car or within 20 minutes walk. The location of the villa is within a tranquil country area yet only 10 minutes from the resorts of Javea and Moraira. Ideal for walking and cycling. Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is payable upon booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakages, damages and key deposit of £200 is also payable with the balance . Our changeover day is Saturday we may be able to be more flexible on this out of season.
  • All of our rates include air-conditioning, between weeks linen and towel change along with our complimentary welcome pack which includes wine and the basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, water etc.
  • Our villa is available for a long term let from 1 October 2009 to end of February 2010. The rate for this period is £750.00 per month and this rate includes gas, electric, oil filled radiators, log burning stove, pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Laundry and villa cleaning is available at an extra charge.

See our reviews!: We have in a very short period of time recieved an impressive number of reviews rating the villa 5 out of 5. These are not extracts from our guest book as we dont have one! Rather they are reviews from our guests who have taken the time and trouble after their holiday to log onto this site and give their opinions and feedback. Our intention has been to provide a home from home and the type of holiday home that we would want to stay in ourselves. We think we have done this and each year we try to provide additional facilities to keep the villa feeling 'fresh' and 'special'. In 2008 we provided an outdoor chill out zone with comfy chairs and sofas and added a Nespresso machine to the kitchen facilities. Also, taking into account that airlines are reducing luggage allowances we also provided beach towels in 2008 to reduce weight and leave more room for essentials such as extra swimwear or sun cream!!. Our complimentary pack is always very much appreciated and well equipped.

We look after and manage the property ourselves and have lived locally for many years, our intention with this villa is to provide a comfortable luxurious 'home away from home' and it has been carefully created using our own holiday requrements and experiences .

Thank you to all of our guests during the 2008 /2009 season not only for looking after our villa but also for your excellent reviews. We are happy to report that some of you have already re-booked for 2010 and we are looking forward to seeing you again.

Golf: The property is less than 5 Minutes drive from Javea Golf Club and only 10 Minutes drive to La Sella Golf Club.

This villa is great, newly decorated to a high standard and 10 mins from town in the hills. Paul and Angela were very accomodating and the WIFI helped me keep on track whilst away form the office. Someone came to clean the pool and garden each week.

The villa has a lot of different spaces around the gardens so we never felt on top of each other.

We liked Maraira (20 mins away) for its nightlife and the fish market each morning at 10:00 and Denia (30 mins away) for the beach though it is quiet it has a lot of seaweed in the water so we went to Gandia which although 45 mins away was well worth the trip as it has miles of beach, an excellent promenade with facilities for kids and adults (bars, toilets etc on the beach) and loads of restaurants. Including a buffet eat as much as you like for €10 for adults and €5 for kids.

The rock formations are very impressive in this part of Spain.

Local restaurants were reasonable with the Mesena (5 mins away from the Villa ) being the best one we found though you may need to book to sit outside.

Peaceful and restful

The villa is very well maintained and has everything you might need. The pool is lovely, especially since the temperatures in full sun reached 40C, and that was in September!! The presence of a reliable WIFI service was a bonus and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated.
The area around the villa is hilly and well-wooded and very quiet. It is also very dark at night!!! There are many outdoor seating and dining areas within the property, connected by sloping paths and steps. Javea is only 5 minutes away, with shops, bars and restaurants. There's a selection of beaches and an excellent street market on Wednesdays in the old town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Lovely Villa

The villa was as promised and more. It was very well equipped with all we needed and was within easy driving distance of all the local amenities.

Paul and Angela were very helpful prior to and during our stay.

Overall an Javea is an excellent place for a family holiday and the viila is a home from home.

As a family of 4 we have been going to Javea for the last 6yrs staying in different villas,but this one stood out in most areas, it was clean, beautifully presented, modern, nice views, excellent pool for those hot days, chill out areas for those relaxing nights. It was in a peaceful area but not too quiet the young kids couldn't have fun without fear of disturbing anyone The owners were on hand if needed but left us to enjoy our holiday.All in all perfect and we've already booked again for next year as it covers all our needs. Book early as it got full quickly this year!
The villa is in between Javea and Moraira both lovely scenic family resorts far enough away from Benidorm but close enough to visit briefly for waterpark and theme park-if you have children to entertain. Ours are 5 and 8 and spent hours in the pool. Roll on next year!

As a family with 2 small boys we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property, despite the weather! The property was of a very high standard and the owners welcoming and informative about what the area had to offer. We would have no reservations about recommending the property and the beautiful location to friends. Our boys especially liked the clean, child friendly beaches in Javea and Moraira. Thank you!
