Photos and Description of this Villaverde holiday villa Detached Holiday Rental Villa, with Gardens, Sunterraces and Large Heated Pool

Villa Nana was completed in 2006. It was built in typical rustic style by a local Canarian builder. The Villa has four large bedrooms, a spacious lounge and a separate good sized dining room which has beautiful views over the mountains. The garden area is some 1,800 m square. There are front & rear patios. The back one is covered by a pergola. The Heated Pool is set in a large Patio Area It is surrounded on two sides by a wall for privacy..There is another large terrace on the roof affording magnificent views of the mountains, the sea and Lanzarote. Villaverde is a beautiful quiet village, lying centrally in the north part of Fuerteventura and is about 10 minutes by car from either the beaches of Corralejo or of El Cottilo. It is some 20 miles from the airport. There are two supermarkets and four excellent restaurants which are amongst the best on the Island. Villa Nana has been totally refurbished in 2008.

Nearest Ferry: Corralejo at 12 Kilometres

Villa Nana is in the heart of Villaverde some 400 yards from the village square, where there is a children's play area and a local bar.The four excellent restaurants and two supermarkets are within walking distance of the villa. There are also three other local bars. The village is some 10 miles from the busy seaside town of Corralejo with its many restaurants bars shops & harbour. In Corralejo there is also a water park, tennis courts & bowling alleys. In the opposite direction again some 10 miles away is the quieter seaside village of El Cotillo. Cotillo has several good restaurants with beautiful views and a brilliant beach café. The beaches of Cotillo are beautiful. There are surfing beaches as well as beaches ideal for children some with quiet lagoons. The Capital of Fuerte is 15 miles from Villaverde. There is a superb new shopping centre here as well as many other shops, restaurants and the harbour. There are two natural Parks in Corralejo including the Dunes Beaches.

  • A none refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure the booking. This must be paid within seven days of the booking being made.
    The full amount must be paid eight weeks or longer before of the date occupancy.
    Bookings made less than eight weeks prior to occupancy will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • A security deposit of £150 will also be required at the time of full payment. This will be returned within a week after departure if the Villa Managers confirm there have been no breakages or damage .

The lounge is spacious with two comfortable leather settees, a coffee table & Occasional Tables. The television has a satellite system enabling viewing of some English programmes including CNN & Sky News & a DVD Player. Villa Nana has mains Electricity & Water. There is also a water storage tank. The hot water tank is large & effective. The swimming pool has both solar & electric heating. It is a covered pool. Children must please be supervised around the swimming pool and on the roof terrace. The pool area is extensive. A wall on two sides makes it private & sheltered, Villa Nana is on one level making it suitable for people who have mobility problems. It is wheelchair accessible..

Cot, High Chair and Child Car seat: The above are available to rent by arrangement with the owner.

Airport Transport: Taxis are always available at the airport. Several car rental agencies have offices at the airport and have their hire cars on-site. There are no car rental offices in Villaverde. We can arrange a meet and greet facility at the Villa for which a charge is made. Welcome packs can also be provided by arrangement. A Villa Location Map & directions will be provided on booking Villa Nana.
