This superb villa offers quality accommodation, which is very tastefully furnished, and in immaculate order. A very comfortable property and suitable for children, providing all that is necessary for a wonderful family holiday. A secure grassed garden and situated in an upmarket residential area, providing a peaceful location but not far from all amenities. Air-conditioning for summer comfort and a wood burning stove for winter use. Sat TV providing a good selection of British and European Channels and DVD player. More photos available on request.

Super beaches, places of interest, colourful shops, cafes and tapas bars are within 5 minutes drive. Watersports of every description are available here, also a very cosmopolitan mariina, with many good restaurants, that are very reasonable. You can eat here for around 8 euros per head for 3 courses with bread and wine!

Beaches, Bars and Restaurants: The villa is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Denia, with its beautiful sandy beaches, marina and lively bars, cafes and shops.. The port area which is very cosmopolitan, again, with many good reasonably prices restaurants, many on the sea front. There is the town of Denia, with its picturesque narrow streets, tapas bars, castle, indoor and outdoor market, shops, etc. The surrounding area is very pretty and is very upmarket.

Golf Courses, Watersports etc: There are golf courses which have excellent driving ranges etc. La Sella is particularly good which is 18 holes, designed by a top golf pro. An attractive club house where lunch, dinner and tapas can be enjoyed, even for non players. Water sports are available along the seafront. These include windsurfing, jet skiing etc. Boats can also be hired

Sightseeing: There are many areas to explore which are not far away. A drive to the fortress (Guadalest) with narrow cobbled streets, shops, and wonderful views. Terra Mitica is our new Theme Park, really upmarket and a must for all the family. An evening pass is available in the Summer months at a reduced rate and is extremely good value. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal water park are also within easy reach. There are the Caves at Benidoleig and a Safari Park within easy driving distance. Take a trip for lunch to the lovely Jalon Valley, a very scenic drive to many Spanish Villages.

Excellent property giving panaramic views over Denia. The villa was comfortably furnished and in immaculate condition. It was an ideal base with two young children who could spend time in the pool or on the lawn area. Plenty of shade available around the villa .

Villa presented in excellent condition.
Car is essential as there are no amenities within reasonable walking distance.
Pool and garden are well kept ,bbq not ideal.
Location of Villa can be subject to quite strong winds.
Agent and caretaker very helpful.

Thanks to the fantastic directions given we drove straight to the door with no problem. Villa was picturesque,clean and felt like home. Mountain view is excellent and we could also see the sea. Make sure you visit guadalest !! Only negatives were not having information and directions on hand about shopping (Mall) and places to visit, also BBQ not perfect. Our only real complaint was that we had to leave !!! We'll be back for sure.
