This is a spacious 3 Bed villa in the Windsor Park development, next to the golf community of Remington, just off the 192 East. There is a screened pool with spar. The villa backs onto the Remington Golf Club and from the family room or the patio/pool area you can watch the golfers trying to avoid loosing their golf balls in the lovely lake, or just watch the bird life which the lake attracts. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom. There is a family room with cable TV and DVD player. There is a more formal lounge and dining area near the front of the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and to the side there is a breakfast nook with table and chairs for six. Through the door to the double garage is the washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

This villa is just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and is situated in the Windsor Park development, next to the golf community of Remington, just off the 192 East. At the back of the villa is a screened pool and a lovely view of a lake in the Remington golf course. Many of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World are within 20-30 minutes. For those who enjoy retail therapy, there are several large Malls within a similar driving time. The Kennedy Space Center and various beaches are an easy drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental and pool heat rates, do not include Tourist Tax (6%) or Sales Tax (7%), so 13% will be added to rental charges and pool heating charges in the quotation. $30 (Half the departure cleaning cost) will added to the rental charge and included in the quotation. The owner will pay the other half.
    10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more.
    Payment can be accepted by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, as long as there is sufficient time for cheque clearance. Please state country so I can quote you in the appropriate currency. For those wishing to pay by credit card, I can send a Request For Payment by email through the PayPal service.
    A Minimum of 5 nights is preferred but contact me if you require a shorter period. For periods of less than 5 nights, cleaning will not be included so the full cleaning charge of $60 will be added to the rental charge and included in the quotation.
  • Pool heating is available at an extra charge of $10 per day and must be requested in advance.
    Local taxes, local telephone calls, electricity (excluding pool heating) and use of bed linen and towels are included in the rental charge.
    There is an internet facility through the telephone service and to activate this you will need to phone the number provided in the information folder at the property and provide your credit card details. Broadband connection will be available from Jan 2010.
  • A deposit of $150 is required to reserve the property. The deposit is retained as security, in case damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required, but will be refunded less any necessary deductions, within a day or two of the end of the rental period.

    Payment of the full rental charge is required 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
    For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus the $150 deposit is payable upon booking.
    Cancellations: More than 8 weeks to start of the rental period - full refund,
    5 - 8 weeks - 75% refund of rental charge,
    2 - 5 weeks - 25% refund of rental charge,
    less that 2 weeks - no refund of rental charge.
    8 weeks or less - no refund of reservation/security deposit.

Notes: This spacious three bed villa has a screened pool with an alarmed access door to the pool area. Inside the villa all rooms have high ceilings and are individually decorated to a high standard. The villa is Air-conditioned and the pool can be heated upon request and for an extra charge. The family room has cable television with DVD/CD player. To the front of the villa is the formal lounge and a dining area for six people. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a separate nook area with table and chairs for the less formal meal times. There is a utility area between the kitchen and the double garage in which the washer and separate dryer can be found.

we have just arrived back to england after staying in this lovely villa,the villa had everything we needed and the location is very peaceful over looking the golf course and lake,but also not far from shops and resturants,i would recommend this villa to anyone,very good value for money,

I really did enjoy my stay. We where there for a almost a week and really appreciated the fact that the home was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the gulf course behind us was very tranquil.

I would recommend the home to anyone who enjoys a spacious home, and a clean enviroment.

Lovely villa. Very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic location on Remington golf course with views of the lake and 13th & 14th holes. Played course several times and would highly recommend to other golfers. Easy access from Orlando International airport and short drive to theme parks and shops. Would definitely consider staying at this villa again when visiting Florida and recommend to others.

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mitten am Golfplatz von Remington.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Aussen wurde regelmäßig der Rasen gemäht und alles war gepflegt. Auf Fragen reagierte der Vermieter sofort so das man gut informiert wurde. Das Haus kann man jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ideal ist es für Golfspieler und Familien die zu den Erlebnisparks fahren wollen.
