2 bedroom terraced cottage ideal for relaxing holiday
Newly built two bed roomed terraced cottage with open plan living area and well equipped enclosed kitchen area. The living area opens onto a private patio area which leads to the communal swimming pool and sun terrace with views towards the coast. The main bedroom is fitted with a Queen-sized double bed and there are two single beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is a main bathroom with shower above the bath and a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The property has air conditioning both in the living area and the bedrooms - very much appreciated in the summer months. The outside patio has a westerly orientation giving the area virtually all day shade - but a few steps forward to the terraced swimming area provides plentiful sunshine if required or an opportunity to cool down in the pool.

PEYIA - described in the eyewitness travel guide to Cyprus as a small picturesque hillside town 3 miles inland from Coral Bay and is the last size able settlement before entering the wilderness of Akamas. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants including grocery stores bakeries & butchers. It is ideally located for exploring Western Cyprus and has good road links with Pathos and its airport. CORAL BAY - the closest beach to property and one of the best on the island being located in a very sandy sheltered bay. There are also a large selection of restaurants and shops. AKAMAS PENINSULA - the hillsides and headlands form the island's last undeveloped frontier and it includes Lara Bay, The Baths of Aphrodite and Avakas Gorge. PATHOS - this is a large bustling seaside resort with a very good selection of restaurants and shops. Additionally it has numerous historical sites including the Tombs of the Kings and the Roman mosaics adjacent to the harbour in Kato Pafos.
