Our immaculate 5 bedroom & 4 bathroom extra large villa is situated in the popular Sandy Ridge community which is a short distance from Champions Gate on Exit 58 of Interstate 4 (I-4). The property has 2 floors and features 2 master suites both with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets as well as 3 other bedrooms sleeping a total of up to 10 people. The spacious kitchen has a large breakfast area and forms part of an overall living area that features a relaxing TV room. The property also benefits from a separate luxury formal dining room which has a high vaulted ceiling. Outside, the heated 30ft x 15ft pool with under water lighting and jacuzzi spa with safety fence are complemented by an extra large relaxing terrace with mesh screen and covered lanai with fan and lighting to soak up the great Florida sunshine! The conservation area behind the villa gives you privacy as you will not be overlooked. The Villa is about 15 minutes from Disney and all attractions are very near.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of $300 must accompany bookings, which is non-returnable. The letting must be paid eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of $300. The security deposit will be returned to the client 21 days after the completion of the holiday as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by Orlando Rosebud Management Company. Full Terms and Conditions of the booking can be emailed to the client upon request. Rates spanning different charge periods will be adjusted.
  • The rates include all taxes and the reasonable use of electricity. Pool heat may be required which can be discussed with the management company at extra charge. High speed wireless internet is free and so are telephone calls within North America.

Our villa is our home away from home. We visit Florida 4-5 times a year and use this villa as our perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of London. The villa has everything that a family could wish for and is ideal for a relaxing break or as part of a fast-paced Disney experience. We are very confident that you will not be disappointed with this property, we have included every facility there that is required, and we wish to share our home with you. Apart from the attractions, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from locally,family and special cuisine are in abundance. The new Posner Park Mall nearby is now open and provides easy access to the big stores a short distance away on recently constructed roads. There are plenty of stores nearby for take away food or home delivery, and should you have a problem, our friendly management company is nearby and is family owned and run and ready to give reasonable help.
