Haus Susanne offers you excellent summer golf and winter ski / snowboard accommodation. Whether you desire a catered ski chalet in Austria or just bed and breakfast, we are ideally located whenever you choose to holiday! Our chalet, is situated in the town of Radstadt, within the heart of Salzburgerland and Ski Amade. With over 860km of ski piste available on one pass we are th eideal base for your ski or snow board holiday. The chalet can accommodate parties of up to 10 adults and a further 6 children (0-15). Rooms can be booked on either a bed and breakfast basis or during our premium seasons, the whole chalet can be hired for a half board catered ski chalet package. Families are always welcome and we can easily accommodate children all year round. We have a lovely garden with plenty of toys to keep the little-ones happy during the summer months. SUMMER GOLF TOURS All inclusive Golf Tours are available - transfers, barbecue nights, green fees all included! Over 10 courses !!

WINTER SPORTS, SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING

Radstadt is in the heart of the Skialliance Amadé offering easy access to Austria's most extensive ski-pass. 860km of ski-piste with 270 lifts easily accessible by using the free ski-bus network. Pistes are well planned and offer great skiing for learners and beginners to the well seasoned. As Radstadt is situated in the heart of the Skialliance Amadé network it is easy to travel around the valleys either by snow or by the free and comprehensive ski bus network. We can help you arrange local Ski-hire with a specially arranged price, lessons at any local ski-school, and ski-passes. Radstadt is the home of Austria's longest floodlit family sledge run. In the evening families can travel up to the start of the 7 kilometre run in the 8 man gondola lift where you can launch yourselves onto a fun packed journey. The Ski Amade lift pass contains the most skiing in Austria. Over 860km of Ski Piste!

SUMMER IN AUSTRIA

Radstadt is a fantastic destination for a spring or summer break. Whether you are an adrenaline-junky, golf-lover or just love the relaxing pace of Austrian life, Haus Susanne offers you an excellent base for great days out for people from all walks of life. Haus Susanne is just a 40min drive from Salzburg City Centre. Salzburg is famous for its Mozart connections but there is much more on offer. From the Prince Archbishop's trick water fountains, to Salzburg Zoo to a Sound of Music tour, people of all ages can enjoy the city. MOUNTAIN SPORTS

Mountain biking is an especially popular sport around the valleys and mountains of Salzburg. Summer lifts can take you and your bike to the top of a mountain to either take the sensible route down or to follow the downhill circuits used by the World Cup circuit. The area is also famed for its road cycling routes as Salzburg also held the World Championships in 2006. Cycles can be hired locally along with cycle tours for intermediate level and above. The Adventure Centre Flachau offer fully guided and qualified instruction in all kinds of mountain adrenaline pumped activities. The centre is for people of all ages and offers family activities or singular activities. ACF offer (among many other things) white water rafting, pot-holing, canyoning, hiking tours, paragliding and quad biking.

Skiing Information:

Catered ski-packages include 7 nights bed and breakfast and up to 6 nights of hearty home cooked evening meals with drinks. Cakes and refreshments will be waiting for you after a fun-packed day on the slopes. After a sauna to help you ease your muscles, why not spend an evening in our heated log cabin party hut soaking up the sunset and the fantastic views... Haus Susanne can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults in double beds then up to 6 children (0-15) in a combination of bunk beds and pull-out beds. All of our rooms offer ensuite facilities except our children's bunk room. We also offer well priced bed and breakfast accommodation. THE SKI AREA With over 860km of ski piste and 240 lifts, Ski Amade offers something for everyone. Radtstadt is situated in the heart of Ski Amade. Access to the Sportwelt region is available using the free ski bus network or alternatively hire the car and see if you can cover all 860km!
