Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100/ $100 non-refundable confirmation deposit required when booking for each week or part week of stay in order to reserve the property.

    Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 weeks (56 days) of arrival date, payment in full is required.

    Cheque (Pound Sterling) or Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

    A 10% discount for stays of 3 weeks or longer.


    Additional costs:

    A Breakage security Insurance fee of $45 (USD) which is non-refundable will be added to your booking fee as a security for any breakage, or damage done by you during your stay.

    Cleaning fee $95

    Sales tax 13%

    Optional Pool Heat £15 per day (min 5 days) or £100 per full week (recommended from October to April).

Great house - great holiday

luxury house, we enjoyed staying there in this very calm neighbourhood, but very close to all the attractions. Our children loved the pool and having TV in their bedrooms... Everything was prepared for a feeling like coming home...

Great family holiday

I would definately recommend this villa. The owner was the perfect hostess from our arrival to departure she ensured we had everything we needed. The house has so much space and is bright and roomy. The open plan kitchen will all you need and 2 dining tables mean you can enjoy cooking at home as well as eating out a one of the many nearby restaurants.

Location couldn't be better. All the parks and resorts easily within 30 mins drive away but if you want to stay in, the pool area is lovely too.

I recommend buying a 3 or 6 park visit and taking it easy over 7 or 14 days. Some parks just have to be done in full - Busch Gardens and Universal for definate!

Overall we had an amazing time, a real home away from home and I would certainly go back here again!

The ideal villa- Chatham Park

Seeing your villa for the first time, just on the outside, I knew inside would simple be magnificent. I can honestly say, your villa was simple well put together i.e the design and layout, very presentable, the fact that each room was unique and it felt like an ideal home away from home. Very spacious, with a screened pool, along with been clean and well maintained, made me realise I had chosen the right place to spend my two weeks holiday.

The owner, was also very helpful and had taken an interest in making it the best holiday I've ever had. The owner provided directions, made suggestions e.g. helicopter ride, horse riding etc., and told us all the great places to eat and have fun.

Location wise, again brilliant, as you were really only a few minutes to all the local and popular attractions, Disney, Universal, FunSpot, restaurants, the Florida Mall and so on.

This villa is somewhere I would and will be recommending to all my friends and families. Thank you for providing a wonderful and splendid villa.

Gorgeous house in nice environment

This house is so sweet and lovely - decorated with love and passion.
The house is in an very charming neighbourhood with nice houses and people around.
The rooms and the whole house gives enough place for 2 families or few friends.
Pool and gams room are very fun to join and exciting for the whole family - kids and grown.
Would rent it any time again!!!
