Property with 3 bedrooms, 5 sleeps including 1 wooden cradle, 1 bathroom, fresh livingroom with kitchen and veranda. The house, recently completely refurbised, is surrounded by 2 gardens for total 150 m2, one garden shadowed by lemon tree (perfect for relaxing afternoon sleep) and the other completely equipped for open air dinners with pergola, wood oven and BBQ. The house is located in famous Surfing and Beach area, were genuine sardinia spirit is still present. Close to the house are present all services, including boat connections to 'Mal di Ventre' marine-park island, diving centre, boat rentals to reach most impressive hidden inlets and beaches. Tipical restaurants can be reached by walking, to taste local fish dishes and wines. Perfect location for families, car is needed only to reach and to leave the area, no need for daily activities.

Putzu idu è un piccolo angolo di paradiso.
Arrivando dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, risulta un po' distante, ma ne vale veramente la pena.
La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Noi siamo partiti in sei, una giovane coppia di 40 anni con un bambino e due bisnonni arzilli di 80 anni.
Ad ognuno di noi la casa ha regalato il proprio spazio. Un delizioso giardino al fresco sotto una pianta di limoni per i nonni non amanti del sole ed un' altro giardino dove poter far giocare il bambino quando non si va in spiaggia.
La casa è adatta a tutte le età, ma sicuramente per le famiglie è l'ideale e poi che dire della spiaggia nelle immediate vicinanze... da vedere!!!!

A charming house close to Putzu Idu beach

We spent a wonderful week in this charming house, located at walking distance from Putzu Idu beach. The place is simply but tastefully decorated, and if you prefer to eat at home, you will find everything you need to prepare and serve the meals. There is also a garden, and a small court with an unforgettable lemon tree.
On the other hand, Putzu Idu has much to offer: not only a large beach, but also a wetland where birdwatchers meet, and many possibilities for trekking. Definitely, a place we would love to return to.
