This ground floor apartment offers two double bedrooms one with double and the second with twins. There is a kitchenette and dining area leading onto the lounge. There is also a utility room equipped with washing machine etc. The apartment is offered to the highest standards and comes fully equipped, oven, microwave, tv , dvd, hi fi , Aircon , shared pool and gardens and all just a few hundred metres from a great beach where you can hire sunbeds and brollies etc if needed. It is quiet with ample easy parking and yet easy to walk everywhere.

Located in Puerto Pollensa in the South Beach area called Llenaire. The beach is just a one minute walk being just a few hundred yards away. Around the area there are restaurants ,bars and supermarkets all easy reached by foot. On the beach there is a bus stop where the buses will take to you most places around the island. Along the beach runs a promenade which is a great walk down to the Marina and Pine walk easily reached in around 10 minutes. All along the promenade on the opposite side of the road are various Bars, Restaurants and Shops etc. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and parking is easy directly outside. The area is good for seeing the island and many more beautiful beaches are close by. Also the old towns of Pollensa and the walled town of Old Alcudia are within 5 kilometres and are well worth a visit.

The apartment offers two double bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchenette with dining area and lounge. Also there is a utility room with washing machine and washing facilities etc. The apartment offers Air conditioning and inclusive of everything you may need. The linen service is weekly but the partial maid service midweek offers a change of towels.

This 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, very clean and well equiped. The swimming pool was also great fun!
Plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby, highly recommended.
