Great location in the heart of Nice’s chic “Musicians quarter'. This sunny apartment is on the second floor, tastefully furnished with 2 bedrooms, a lounge/dinner/kitchen, big bathroom, TV. Step outside: only a 5 min walk Promenade des Anglais and the famous 'Hotel Negresco', Old Nice “Cours Saleya”, fruit and vegetable market, shopping and many restaurants, pedestrian zone. 5 min walk to the train station. Supermarkets and bakeries in the immediate vicinity.

Graziosissimo appartamento in una via tranquilla, ma molto centrale, dal quale si raggiungono con grande facilità la stazione ferroviaria, la spiaggia, il centro e la città vecchia. L'appartamento è completamente restaurato, accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto. Non è da sottovalutare anche il fatto che i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Lovely, sunny large apartment

We had a great holiday in this very nice, large apartment, in an excellent location. Perfect for 2 couples, close to beach and train station. Was a longer, but very nice walk to old town.

Had a few issues with noise of neighbours, but closing of windows blocked it out. No traffic or street noise however.

well stocked ktichen made cooking in a possibility and a pleasure.

lots of pamphlets, timetables, maps for Nice and surrounding areas provided which was very handy.

L'appartamento è molto carino, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario. E' silenzioso pur essendo molto centrale, infatti si trova a breve distanza dalla stazione, dal mare e dal centro della città vecchia. Volendo sono molto vicine delle fermate di autobus. Ancora un pregio: i proprietari sono molto simpatici e gentili. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente gradevole!

We have just arrived back from Nice and loved this charming apartment. It is spotlessly clean,bright and equipped with every imaginable appliance you might need for your stay. Everything is practically on the doorstep with the airport bus stop and main train station just around the corner. A lovely stroll brings you to the promenade in a few minutes.
While the apartment does not have air-conditioning, its many windows and excellent fan system are more than adequate. Unfortunately the only disadvantage for us was not having a balcony to sit out and enjoy the peaceful evenings-but this is personal taste rather than a necessity.
The owners were always only a phone call away and were just lovely to deal with. We loved the fact that they kept in touch via email prior to our trip and were even able to advise us what bus to take and where to find it. Should we return to Nice we will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Great flat

This is an excellent modern apartment all appliance working, clean and spacious. I have stayed here before and we intend using the flat again next year. The stairs are the only downside of the apartment access not ideally suitable for the elderly or could be used as a daily exercise plan. Very happy with the owner’s communication not intrusive and let you get on with your break.
