The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is situated on a hill above the port in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants, amenities are only a very short drive (3-4 minutes) or 15 minutes walk away. The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 110m2. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a big, furnished private terrace, overlooking the bay. Large terrace complete with table, chairs and sun loungers. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having central heating. There's air-conditioning in all rooms. Port of Soller is the perfect destination for a beach holiday and trekking holidays. A fantastic location for winter.

Sóller is an attractive town on Mallorca's north-west coast. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, ecotourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps. The main square in Soller is a regular meeting place for coffee, croissant and people watching. Daily market with local produce. Cycle hire available. Specialist shops for walkers. Several fiestas check local press. Banks, pharmacies and supermarkets available in both villages. Puerto Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the only harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The old fishing port where you can still buy fish fresh from the boats in the morning is backed by seafood restaurants and bars. Restaurants and shops stay open all year.

Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, whilst a little further along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services.

Changeover day : Flexible. We understand flights are often more reasonably priced during the week, but it is depending on other bookings. Arrival after 2.30pm, departure not later than 10.30am unless by prior arrangement

Coast/Beach: The apartment is a 3 minute drive to a beach with paddle boats and sunbeds. There is an underwater diving school in the port and holiday makers can hire sail surfers and there are boat trips along a beautiful rocky coastline to other beach resorts and coves.

Shared pool, between LOTS of appts

Hi,

Whilst pleasant and clean inside and a lovely balcony, the pool should be better advertised as not only shared between about 12-15 apartments, but also the fact that it is a little walk away. Down the stiars, out of your own gate, along the street, in a new gate and up some more stairs.

Still a decent apartment, but if you think you are sharing the pool with your neighbours only (as we did and so did the neighbouring couple, also rented via Rosa) then you may be disappointed.

The apartment was very clean,advertised to sleep four, but would say only sleep two with comfort.
The views where fantastic,you could see right over the harbour,a good 15mins walk to the town of Port Soller and a hard climb back,no good for anyone with walking difficulties.
A car was very useful,easy to get to Soller,deya Valdemossa and surrounding areas,the mountains and countryside where wonderful.We would certainly go back.Plenty of places to eat.
