Our new beautiful 4bedroom Florida Dream Villa offers luxury as standard. Air conditioned and tastefully furnished, it offers all home comforts and a south facing pool and spa. We are located in the exclusive gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, one minute walk from the lake where you can fish from the new jetty. We are away from the busy H192 and the hustle bustle of International Drive yet only 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks and within easy reach of Sea World, Universal Studios and the new Harry Potter Theme Park (due to open in Spring 2010) as well as the many malls with their fantastic shops and of course Downtown Orlando. There is also a variety of local shops and restaurants including a 24 hour Wal-Mart and Publix all less than 5 minutes away. The villa is ideally situated - one hour from both Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the Atlantic Coast, and the beautiful sandy beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete's on the Gulf Coast.

  • The spacious villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms including 2 master en-suite bedrooms with American king size beds, walk-in wardrobes and have doors leading directly onto the extended covered lanai and pool deck which is not overlooked to the rear. The main master has his’n’hers washbasins, a double walk-in shower, a corner bath and WC. The two twin bedded rooms each have 2 single beds and share the third bath and shower room.. All the bedrooms have cable TV fitted and all bed linen and towels are provided as are hairdryers. The cleaners change all the bedding before you arrive, but fresh sheets are available if you wish to change bedding during your stay

Notes: Being a single storey open plan villa, it is suitable for the young and the young at heart. A safety fence is available for around the pool for your children's safety. Pool heating is available at an extra weekly charge. No smoking or pets are permitted in the villa. A games room with boardgames, foosball and a pool table is provided for guest use. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a secluded, gated community and only those staying there, with a security code for the gate, will be allowed access which provides guests with extra security. The villa is not overlooked at the rear.

We are ideally situated for a golfing holiday in the Florida sunshine. There are well over 156 courses throughout Florida and several of them are within a short drive from the villa. Southern Dunes Golf Course (par 72) backs onto our community and Ridgewood Lakes (par 72), a player-friendly course, is just over 5 minutes away on H27. About 15 minutes drive are Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman, which has two par 72 courses, the National and the International, both offering a challenging game and Highlands Reserve, another par 72 with spacious fairways and large undulating fast greens. These are just some of the local courses as there are far to many to go into here. Whatever your handicap we're sure that there will be a course to suit you and improve your game.

My husband and I took our 4 sons ages 10-6 on our first family vacation. We drove from Nova Scotia to Florida and arrived late at night. When we arrived we found lights on for us and milk and juice in the frig. It was like arriving at home, we felt comfortable and at ease right away. There was more then enough room for everyone to have some personal space after the long drive with the games room, pool, hot tub and televisions. Everything was clean and comfortable and the screened in deck and pool became an extension of the house amazing. The neighborhood was quiet which is nice after a busy day at the parks. With easy access to the highway we were just a short drive to all the parks and shopping. We hope to visit again and will diffinently book with Hazel.

We had a fantastic time in Florida this year. This villa is perfect for all and very safe for families with young kids as the pool has a netting fence around. The overall standard of the property and estate was top class and very clean well within distance of all attractions.
We loved it and will return.

Home from home at Tower lake

We are a family of five - with 2 x 12 yr olds and a 7 yr old. This is our third consectutive year in florida, and the 2nd spent on calabay parc at Tower lake. The area is exactly right for us, 20 mins for Disney - but far enough away when you are all mickeyed out!! The I4 is literally 5 mins drive. Walmart, Publix and numerous shopping and fast foods outlets are minutes away.
The villa was our home for a month and it was a tremendous wrench when it was time to leave! Being there for so long, it became more of a holiday retreat, it became home. We ate in as much as we ate out, the villa being well equipped, It was easy to shop and prepare food and was a treat to eat outside every evening without worrying about the weather. Coming out of the front door every morning and looking left towards the lake is my favourite memory. The villa is well maintained and the management company are easily contactable and any problem resolved almost immediately.
We had a fantastic memorable holiday. The villa and its facilities playing a large part. We wouldnt hesitate to book again and will recommend to friends and relatives..

What a great place, the villa is everything you expect from the description and more. Loads of space, all the rooms are spaceous clean and bright, beds and furniture really comfortable. We ate in most nights and found the kitchen perfect and the choice of eating out by the pool or in at the dining table perfect. Lovely pool, which we had heated due to the time of year although probably not needed. Hazel and Tom could not have been more helpfull. We found the location of the villa perfect for travelling around the sights of Florida. If you want to do the Disney Parks and see something of Florida this Villa is in an ideal location. I would recommend this Villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Phil & Jane.

Fabulous Easter 2009 Holiday

The villa was everything we could have hoped for - spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. Within easy reach of Disney/Universal but in a peaceful and quiet location. With two couples and one 8 year old the two master-ensuite bedrooms worked really well. Our parents and my niece, who were holidaying nearby, also stayed over a couple of nights and even with eight of us there was still plenty of room! The villa has every amenity you might want and we really appreciated having our own pool and spa (very relaxing after a long day walking at Disney!). Hazel and Tom have thought of everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa.
