A charming south-facing villa, very romantic place with fabulous views over hills. The villa has a private heated swimming pool 9 x 5 and Jacuzzi. The villa is situated in a peaceful private country estate, St. Pierre de Tourtour, with residents' 3 tennis courts. It takes 4 min by driving to Tourtour village.The domain has a nice restaurant. The property enjoys beautiful views from the house, garden and terrace over the surrounding hills. This is an ideal summer holiday rental home, all services and management on the domain. Four minutes from the Tourtour village, close to Villecroze, Salernes & Flayosc. 15 minutes from Lorgues, just 1,5 hour from Nice airport. The outside terrace has BBQ, a Spa/Jacuzzi , swimming pool and the private grounds extend to 2030m2 (over half an acre). The villa has central heating radiators throughout, air-conditioning in each room.
