  • NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
    • High Season is July, August, Easter (see below) and Christmas and New Year (See Below)
    • Mid Season is April, May, September, October & November
    • Low Season is January, February, and March
    • Easter period is the 30th March to the 14th April.
    • Christmas and New Year period is the 1st December to the 8th January.
    • Thanksgiving period is the 15th November to 30th November.
    • Reduction available for return bookings.
    • Deposit of $400 per week required when booking.
    • Pool Heating, $175 per week stay or$25 per day
    • Cleaning surcharge of $100 for bookings of less than five nights.
    • Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
    • Refundable Security Payment also required of$400
  • A deposit of $400 is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due.

    A refundable security deposit of $400 will be required with the final balance. This is held as security to cover any breakages, damage or excess cleaning cost whilst staying in the holiday home. The owners will return the deposit to the guests subject to a satisfactory inspection by the Management Company
  • The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply
    More than eight weeks Deposit forfeited
    Between four and eight weeks before departure 50% of total cost forfeited
    Less than 28 days before departure 100% of total cost forfeited

    The rental commences at 4.00 p.m. on the day or your arrival and ceases at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival. Lawn and pool care are provided on a weekly basis. All rentals are inclusive of electricity, water and local sales taxes. A telephone is available for your use in the villa, with local & continental US long distance calls being free of charge.

We saw the family decorating the new house when we
stayed in the house next door, it is a dream home, we
are looking foorward to go back in november and stay
in the house for more then 2 months. The whole
family is exited to go because the house is so beautiful,
I can recommand this house to everyone, it is a dream
