Dutch owners offer their holiday villa for rent. Beautiful new luxury house (build 2006) at Spanish Costa Brava, in cosy millionairs town S'agaró (Sant Feliu de Guixols). S'agaró is positioned between St. Feliu and Playa D'aro. The property contains 1,100 square metres ground on a low hill in the luxury urbanisation Las Bateries, on 500 mtrs from the sandy beach of Sant Pol. This beach is ideal for children. The villa has four large bedrooms, all with 2 beds. There are three bathrooms with toilet and shower, and one bathroom has a bath. Full kitchen and tastefull living with fireplace. International Sat-TV, DVD and WiFi internet available. Large garden on three levels, a private pool (8*4), terrasses, sun cover pine trees and grass lane. A Barbeque set is at your disposal. Parking place on own terrain in front of the garage. At 5 minutes drive you will have access to many golfcourses. Our villa is the perfect starting point for both family or golf holidays.

They will welcome you at arrival, they show you the house and its facilities and are at your disposal for any information, support or inquiries during your stay. if you spent more than a week, Oscar and Phil will take care of cleaning and linnen change in the villa. At departure they will inspect the house and return you the deposit.

We stayed in Villa Sagaro for two weeks and will return next year. Clean house, nice private pool ans superb garden. Everything is available for an fantastic holiday. The view on Platja d'aro beach and St Pol bay is great and changes in the night.
