The house was build in 1875, in 2004 was renovated.The surface area is 100 m2/1076 sqft. It is situated in the old town centre, between the mountains and the sea, in the very heart of the Madonie regional naturalistic park. Comfortable and unique relaxing holiday,where you can enjoy a family and cosy ,romantic atmosphere The house is composed by five rooms, of which three bedrooms ,two bathrooms with shower and a spacious living-room and kitchen area One bedroom opens onto a balcony. Sheets and towels included. The property in a house nearby are ready anytime to help guests with assistance or advice.

Castelbuono is a town of 10.000 people,located at 450 m altitude, is the most important centre of the Madonie mountains . Most famous is the Princes castle, now a musem.Castelbuono is good place for trip and excursions: drive 17km and you arrive in Cefalù ,a splendid sea town. Castelbuono and the whole region are a gourmet paradise. Local delicacy: the manna. Small whitish, lightly sweet stalactites hanging from ash trees; manna is the lymph of these trees which, when dried, is collected and used as sweetener and a laxative. A fine walk – For those seeking a ramble away from it all, the Sentiero degli Agrifogli Giganti (the Giant Holly Trail) leads from Piano Sempria along a beautiful path through woods of holm and young oak to Piano Pomo, where a congregation of giant holly trees are to be found; for these are not mere bushes but huge trees 15m tall, some estimated to be more than 300 years old. To find the start of the path, leave Castelbuono and follow signs for San Guglielmo
