A balcony off of the lounge and master bedroom. Kitchenware, bed linen and towels provided A baby cot is also available. As part of the Tsokkos apartment complex it has the advantage of 3 large pools, a kiddie pool, bar,plenty of sun loungers. The apartment is situated among popular restaurants. This apartment block is behind the pool in an older block with no view, but ideal for folks who prefer a quieter location but still close to everything. The apartment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. A welcome pack with english tea, coffee and biscuits welcomes you to your home away from home. English owner lives locally, and can advise you how to get the most out of your Cyprus holiday. Requests for toys, dvds for quiet nights in and we can help arrange airport transfers from Larnaca.

The world famous popular resort of Agia Napa is conveniently located about a 45 minute drive from Larnaca Airport. The popular Square is only 5 minute walk away where you will find the famous bars and clubs of Napa. Also situated among the square is a Venetian Monestary built in the 1500's. Many of festivals year round are held within the square. The sea is only a 10 minute stroll from the apartment, and Harbour Beach or Limanaki or Pantahou beach, one of the longest sandy beaches of Cyprus, is only a 15 minute walk away. Nissi Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island is only 1.5km away. Fancy some sightseeing? Only 10 minute drive from Agia Napa is the resort town of Protaras with its popular Fig Tree Bay. The Beautiful Coast Road leads you past a nature reserve and breathtaking veiws of the Mediterranean Sea and Cape Greco. Cool down in the Troodos mountains and in the winter months you can go from sunbathing by the sea to snow skiing within a couple of hours.

  • The bathroom like the rest of the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard and recently renovated. Bath towels, beach towels and face cloths are provided, and changed on a weekly basis should you book more than a one week stay.

Large fitted wardrobes and hangars in both bedrooms, an ironing board, iron, clock radio and bedside lamps. Vanity in the second bedroom with a hairdryer also provided. The windows are tinted and thick curtains if after a night on the town a lay-in is needed, but both bedrooms benefit from the beautiful Cyprus sunshine every morning right through to the afternoon. Bedroom one has direct access to the balcony via patio doors.

We flew out to Cyprus for a much needed family holiday and we certainly got it!!! We found the apartment by chance on another website and are so glad we found it!!! The apartment was brilliant. It had everything we needed in it and was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated too. Daphne and family were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel at home. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit the SE end of the island. Its location (just offf the main street of Ayia Napa but in a quiet location) is ideal for any group visiting Napa ( couples, families and singles alike).
The quicker we can get back there the better I say.
