Miles of blue flag beach which makes it an ideal vacation rental holiday home for winter or summer breaks. There are life guards on the beach in July and August and self catering winter breaks across from the Atlantic ocean in winter are also enjoyable. Beaches like the Warren, Owenahincha and the Long stand are nearby. Ideal surfing at the Long Strand in winter. Located inside electric gates makes it ideal for a self catering family vacation on the West Cork Coastline at Rosscabery West Cork. Dolphin and whale watching are available at Union Hall and Glandore with pitch and putt, tennis, horse riding and long shoreline walks along with wood land parks and walks nearby. Really enjoyed ourselves

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday in Sandycove so thank you very much
for providing such well appointed accommodation. The weather was kind to us
for all but 2 of the days so we count ourselves lucky all round!

Great location for the kids

We spent a week there in September 2008 . The weather was beautiful the same week. Location was great for the kids , inside electric gates which means they could roam the garden area whithout going out onto the road and for our eldest there was a pool table and table tennis table at the games room near the gate. There are miles of beaches in the general area starting just across the road & we will go back there again. The property was brillant even at the end of the summer and everything we needed was in it. It was clean and well maintained . The only thing we needed to bring with us was beach towels
