Villa Hermosa is a stunning, new 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned detached villa, which is located at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, just 250m from the sea. Perfect for your holiday. The restaurants, bars and shops of Pernera, Protaras or Paralimni, are only a couple of minutes away. The villa boasts it's own large swimming pool in it's own private and peaceful garden, ready for those hot lazy days. For the more energetic, there are all the watersports that you will need, as well as snorkelling or boat trips, all just a couple of minutes away. In the evenings, dine al-fresco using our great barbecue area, or take a stroll to the beaches of Ayia Triada or Serena Bay. The fully air-conditioned villa has 3 double bedrooms, the main bedroom having a double bed with patio doors to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with patio doors also to the balcony, and bedroom 3 also has two single beds. The ground floor is bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen

Villa Hermosa is ideally situated, within a few minutes walk are beautiful sandy bays, and a few restaurants and bars. Bikes can be hired just along the road for the energetic ones. The towns of Penera and Protaras (Fig Tree Bay), are just 5 minutes away. Both boast beautiful beaches, with all the watersports you will need. And at night, the choice of restaurants and bars is plentiful. Cape Greko, a natural area of beauty is just 10 minutes away. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute bus or car ride away, here you will find the famous water park, which is a great day out for families and couples alike. Take a taxi or coach trip to the ghost town of Farmagusta on the north side of Cyprus, to see the old and new town's. Or visit the shops at Paralimni, and dine in a typical Cypriot restaurant. For all of your food and everyday things, the local supermarkets are again, just 5 minutes away.

  • 1.**PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN NOW TAKE PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL ** you will receive an automated email invoice from paypal, once you have been in contact with us.
  • 2. A 25% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
    Additionaly there is a refundable deposit of £250 to cover breakages, that is required along with the final balance payment. This will be refunded upon inspection, and no breakages / damage or loss of our property has occured.
  • 3. We do not accept bookings for all male / female groups. Our villa is for families and couples only
