This rustic house set in between the 2 villages of Campanet and Moscari is oozing with charm. All main bedrooms face uninterrupted views of the Tramuntana, and have air conditioning. But only a few kilometres to motorway. Set in 21,000m2 of arable land Binipont is an old possession house,with pool and pergola as well as large stone terraces with barbecue area, also on the plot is a small chalet in which the owners live. Binipont is a wonderful place to pass the days away or you can stroll in to villages.

Binipont is a few kilometres out of the village of Campanet, which has a large cave system and also the natural beauty of Font Ufanes which is open at various times of the year. The village is very friendly and has various bars, bakeries, chemist and supermarket, the weekly market is Tuesday. There is an hourly bus to Inca where you can get the train to Palma through many unseen areas of Mallorca. Inca has the largest market on the island held on a Thursday and has many leather shops and fashion shops. The wonderful beaches of Alcudia and Pollenca are only a 15 minute drive or wonderful mountain drive upto Lluc monastry directly from Biniponts gates.

This house was perfect for me. Quiet, relaxing and with a pool. I loved the rural location which allowed me to see other parts of this beautiful island that those who head straight for Palma do no get to see. Centrally located on the island it was perfect for getting wherever i wanted to go.
The owner was kind, courteous and has excellent local knowledge.
As the previous reviewer said, a car is essential, but you are near the motorway and can easily get into Palma or to the beach.
I cannot recommend this highly enough...enjoy!

Lovely Holiday at Binipont

We have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely house. We had four adults and two children in our party and found the house to fit our requirements exactly. The property was clean and well maintained and the owners were friendly and very helpful.

Although a car is essential the house is not far from the motoway which makes getting to places quick and easy.
We enjoyed evenings in nearby Campanet and Buger where there are cafes serving lovely food. Inca, the third lagest town on the island is not far away and has a huge market on Thursdays.

Cycles were provided and the little lanes aroung the house are ideal for cycling in the early evening when it has cooled down. We used them to cycle to Campanet which took about 15 minutes.

The only thing we could fault is that the pictures of the property show it has a lawn. This lawn has been taken up and replaced with a winding pathway and plants. It does not detract from the property at all however the photos on the website need updating to show this.

Overall an excellent house and holiday, one of the best we have had. We would recommend this house to anyone who likes peace and quiet and a view of rural Mallorca.
