Surrounded by lakes and golf courses, this superb condominium has been proffessionally decorated to a very high specification in soft natural tones, and has superior furnishings throughout. Two bedrooms both en-suite, sleeps 4 people plus a cot for a baby. The master bedroom has Queen bed, tv/dvd, double shower, with further shower/bath, twin vanity units, and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, tv/dvd player, large closet and storage space.Lounge area with cable tv/dvd, 3 seater and two seater sofas. Free High Speed internet access inside the condominium and also in the Community room. Large fully equipped kitchen with seperate laundry room with washer and drier. Seperate dining area with patio doors leading to sunny balcony with pool view table and 4 chairs. The condominium is 1276 sq ft in size, and has ample room for strollers, wheelchairs, golf equipment etc. Ample car parking. The highway 192 is close by and offers a wide choice of restaurants, crazy golf, premium outlet stores, entertainment etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Normal rental prices are £300.00 per week, excluding Christmas and Easter, which are £350.00 per week.
    All our rental rates are inclusive of all Florida state and County tourist taxes.

    Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a £40.00 cleaning fee.
    £100.00 deposit is required to reserve your booking.
    Full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the date of your first occupancy.
  • A refundable security deposit of £100.00 per booking is payable with the balance, which will be held against damage or loss that goes beyond normal wear and tear. This will be refunded in full after your return from our condominium and confirmation from our management company, less any deductions to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependant on the time you cancel. notice given:
    30 to 60 days = 50% of the rental charge
    29 to 0 days = 100% of the rental charge

Excellent Condo

The condo was excellent. It had everything you would need whilst away. It was of a high standard and well maintained. It was a place where you can relax after a long day at the parks.
There is a Publix supermarket about 3 minutes away. The complex itself was of a high standard and very child friendly. It is very quiet and clean. Very well maintained through out.
Disney world is about a 10 minute drive and Universal/Sea World is about a 20 minute drive away. I would definetly stay here again.
Food wise i would recommend Ming Court which is on International Drive, the best chinese i have ever had. Also Chilis was really good...but beware the portions in America are HUGE.
All in all this was a great holiday and the condo was fantastic and i would highly recommend it. I would stay there again.

My wife & I rented John & Cathy's condo from 12th September to the 26 th September 2009 and had an excellent time.

The Condo is in a great location and John & Cathy make it a home from home. Everything is provided in the Condo,it's just simply great.

Will definetly be back and hopefully it's next year.

We have just spent 3 nights in this excellent Condo after 10 days at Anna Maria Island. Very well equipped Condo in a great Location with all the facilities your require nearby. Excellent pool. Very clean and well mainatined.We have been coming to Florida since 1992 and usually stay on the Gulf Coast and then spend a few days in the Madness of Theme Park land that is Orlando. This condo is well placed for all attractions whilst at the same time being being far enough away to have a relaxing place to relax by the pool in a quiet area or visit the other areas of Florida which can be reached by the I4 and R192 which are close by.Would stay again.

Excellent condo - great value for money

This condo was immaculately cleaned and presented inside, with everything in the condo that we needed for our stay (including helpful guides about nearby facilities, and also contacts for the condo's management company).

The swimming pool is a short, short walk from the condo, and is great for families and couples.

There is now a huge, massive Publix literally at the end of the road, and the I-4 is just a 5-minute drive away (we reached all of the theme park attractions within 20-25 mins).

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Orlando's main attractions, but who also want to escape the hustle and bustle of International Drive.

A great week's stay!
