Self catering 1st floor apartment. Private parking. Residentail area 5 mins from Lake Geneva - great for swimming, rowing, sailing in the summer. 45 mins from the slopes for skiing from December to April. 30 mins from central Geneva. 45 mins from Annecy and Chamonix. Year round tourist attractions for all the family.

Location: Sciez in France

Nearest Airport: Geneva at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Excenvex at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Geneva at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: exit Thonon / Evian at 30 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Our apartment is 4km from Lake Geneva, our nearest beach is Excenvex 4km away, great for children, very shallow. Organic vineyard 500 m down our lane. Medieval lake side village of Yvoire is 8km. 25km from Geneva center. 30km from Evian. 40km from Morzine/Avoriaz/Les Gets, which all offer great winter skiing and lots of fun summer activities as well. Many other smaller ski resorts within 40km. Annecy is 50km, great for shopping and very beautiful. Chamonix Mont Blanc is 50km, cable car up to the Aiguille du Midi for breathtaking views over the Alps. Regular ferries across lake Geneva to various dsetinations on the Swiss side of the lake.

Better than just a hotel room

We usually stay on the Swiss side of Lake Geneva in a hotel. We decided to try the French section for variety and economy and were not disappointed.
The appartment was very modern and clean. It is 2 mins by car to a large supermarket, 5mins by car to the Lake and about 8 mins to Yvoire, Thonon & Evian are also within easy reach. A car is a necessity in our opinion.
Many thanks to Sally for making us feel so welcome, and bon jour to the girls! We look forward to seeing them again.
