This very spacious 3 double bed duplex has 3 terraces and is within 100 metres of the large child friendly communal swimming pool. With 2 sofa-beds in the lounge/dinner it is possible to comfortably sleep upto 10 people. The property also has Sky T.V, 2 Bathrooms (both with showers), an allocated parking space, and a roof top solarium offering far reaching views over the development and on towards the sea. Although the property is within reasonabe walking distance to lots of shops, bars, resturants and the beach it is advisable to have a car to experience the beauty of the 100's of beaches in the area. There is a very reliable taxi service available, so a car is not essential. Zeniamar is a very sought after development and has a real friendly community spirit. The large pool is only shared with about 40 other properties and the communal garden areas are very well maintained.

The area has wonderful beaches all of which have attained the highest standards from the EU for cleanliness including the blue flag La Zenia beach. The water is warm from April onwards and the beaches are sandy and accessible. All have either beach bars or restaurants very nearby. We recommend you take the time to explore the sea-side walk, stretching from Playa Flamenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig. A well designed path skirts the crystal clear waters of the Medittearanean Sea, passing sandy beaches. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive and is the main town for shopping. It also has a good market on Saturday and evening by the marina. Other local markets are within 10 minutes drive. VillaMartin plaza with its wide choice of restaurants around a lively square is 5 minutes drive. A short drive away is an equestrian centre, a water park and a go-kart circuit. La Manga is 45 minutes away and Benidorm is an hour away where you can findTerra Mittica, Europe's largest adventure/theme park.

In Walking distance from the property you have ….: Carrefour supermarket, approx 15 mins walk. Citus complex with The Friendly Bar, Flying Scotsman, Wok Buffet and other eating/drink establishments approx 10 mins walk. Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips. Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk. Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk. Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk. Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed. Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

Driving distance from the property you have ….: 4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive. Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery Shops.

Also in Driving Distance.......: The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre. There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated opposite the water park. If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10 mins drive. Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park. Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 10 minute walk. Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this very spacious and imacculately clean apartment. The swimming pool and communual gardens were a particular highlight and the kids spent most of the day in the pool while we soaked up the sun. We found some fantastic resturants and although I would recommend a car the beaches nearby were stunning. Sue (owner) was particularly helpful when we booked the stay and I would and have already recommended this apartment to a few close friends. The owners discription was very accurate and I have already booked to go back next year.

this property was very large and spacious and clean and the description was accurate.the downside for us was the lack of air conditioning.it was very hot and uncomfortable at night-infact we didn't get much sleep for the whole ten days so this did spoil the holiday somewhat for us.i would not recommend anyone to stay here in july or august unless air conditioning was installed.complex was very nice and well maintained-lovely gardens and pool and very well looked after.Area was ok-very busy on all the roads and beaches but it is august so thats probably expected.Some nice beaches-some clean others not so good,typical Spain really.
