Me my wife and 2 boys ( aged 4 and 7 ) have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in this 1st Class accomodation, this is a very high standard with spectacluar sea views from both the terrace and living room, this Pent house apartment is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The pool area is immaculate and very well looked after plus you never have a problem with overcrowding, everything that is said about this property on the Web and on Marcus's Web Page is 100 % true. The bus stop is just outside the complex and you can go anywhere for 1 Euro 20 cents and they run every 15mins and it is a great way to get about without having the expense of Taxi's. Tivoli world worth a visit if you have children, as is Selwo Marina for Dolphin Show / Sea lions, Marina nice for a drink , food can be expensive compared to some of the great little English eateries next to Macdonalds. There is also a great Dutch pub just outside the complex next to the Supermarket this is nice for a drink / food and staff very friendly. We have stayed in many private rentals and this is by far and away the best. All the reviews in the Guestbook speak very highly of this property and of Marcus and rightly so, we will definitely be back.

Excellent Penthouse

We are a family with three young children the apartment had everything we needed. The kids had their own bathroom and the main bedroom had loads of room for a travel cot, the grounds and pool area very clean and quite when we stayed. Close by a small shop, chemist and bar. Two minute walk to local bus stop costing less than €5 for all of us into port. appox €12-15 in taxi. Large supermarket approx. 10 minute walk and apartment had shopping trolley which was great. Owners very nice and helpful will be back.

We had a lovely holiday in Torrequebrada. The apartment was very excellent, clean and most comfortable.The appartment complex appeared well-maintained, including the nice pool and secure. The views was nice also.

STUNNING PENTHOUSE TORREQUEBRADA

My wife and I llived in Torrequebrada for 6 weeks in March in this lovely clean and well-maintained penthouse.In the mornings we had breakfast at the large terrace an enjoyed the stunning sea views. Some days we "lived" all day at the terrace. We took long walks along the beach sometimes to Torremolinos once to Fungirola. We did not rent a car, The buses to Malaga, Fungirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena Pueblo stoped just below the residential. We visited a lot of local restaurants with nice menues. Thanks to Marcos and Marcelo for very good service. We would recommend this property to our friends.

nice penthouse

My husband and I stayed here in october, it's a lovely penthouse, light and airy, very clean and modern with fabulous views over the sea and well kept gardens and very large pool, Good parking, with access straight into lift, if entering by foot there are quite a lot of steps.
Marcos the owner was very helpful. There's a small supermarket and 2 nice bars just by the complex. The TV was a bit limited, with only 2 english channels, but there is a DVD player. Overall a good place to stay as a base to explore the costa del sol, we would use it again. Good value for money.
